Burger King

They were charging me $ 2 to add lettuce and tomato to a burger I was already removing the meat from. If your meat is not worth a slice (or heck, two) of tomatoes and lettuce… You have to wonder what the heck Burger King is feeding people.
Also, a veggie patty burger costs $ 0.20 more than a veggie sandwich…

Picture Hell. Now picture Hell’s waiting room. It’s a place you can’t get wait to exit so you can get on with the rest of your day. This is how I feel when I make the rare mistake of coming to this Burger King.
It’s usually down a person or two on staff, but it’s not a big deal, I go during off hours when there’s not a lot of traffic. This doesn’t stop them from standing around as much as possible. I think they play a game of tag, where the person tagged is «it» and has to actually do the work. They’re mean about it, of course, I don’t say anything about it, so maybe if I did they may have a bit of an attitude. Once I had to wait for 25 minutes for a plain whopper with cheese, fries and 10 nuggets, all things which should’ve taken less than 2 minutes to assemble, everything is in your heat trays, put it together.
The last three times I’ve gone, they only have diet drinks available in their fancy Coke machine. You have a fancy Coke machine, let me try fun things!
After several attempts to give this place a chance since they at least get my order right, I just can’t deal with it anymore. The one by 86^th and Michigan is a little further out of my way, but far speedier and just as accurate.

They forgot my cheese bit they weren’t especially rude or polite– very average. Don’t expect anything especially incredible. But it’s not bad. We were on the way and didn’t want to wait am hour for dinner.
The burgers and fries were good. My boyfriend got a four cheese whopper which was actually pretty good, and he got an Oreo shake I tasted. It was ok I thought. He really liked it though.

They use to be nice– the girl today, Taylor, was so rude. Taylor if you don’t like you job– do the King a favor and quit! «What do you want», after order «pull up to the second window!», never been charge for a thing of zesty sauce before– she charge me… really!

This burger king is horrible. I have never talked to an employee that has not treated me like I was making their life hell just because I wanted a #1 w/​o pickles. They dont even know how to make the burgers they have because there is always stuff added and stuff missing. Its like its being ran by a 5 year old. The managers need replaced with ones that actually know how to lead and the employee’s need to be replaced with ones that actually know what customer services is. There is a Burger King on 86 st just down the rd. it sucks too but its so much better.
