Donatos 10th & Indiana

Our pizza is currently 10 minutes late. Called just now to confirm arrival time (10 mins isn’t a huge deal — just wanted to check) and the well-​spoken employee just responded «well, one guy just came back and one guy just left so either way it should be getting there». Cool, thanks for the help, buddy.

We have been customers here for almost 8 years. In the last year or so we ordered Donatos because they were one of the only affordable restaurants with Gluten Free pizza, which allows me to eat pizza without an allergic reaction. In the last year, every order has had to go into the oven to finish because the crust was still doughy. We ordered several times a month. In the last two months, every order has been cold. Last time they gave us a credit, so we ordered tonight and GUESS WHAT?! We ordered at 7:06, they said 30 – 45 minutes. It got here at almost 8:30. Barely lukewarm. It’s a 10 minute drive from the restaurant to here. We immediately call and they offer to bring a replacement. Gets here around 9, 9:05. I am in our apartment on the 6^th floor, hear a car slam and screech, thinking someone in the lot behind us was in an accident, and my partner gets back upstairs and informs me that the sound was the delivery driver speeding off, after saying «I KNOW YOUR FOOD WAS HOT, I PACKED IT.» My partner disagreed, «Then explain to me how it could have been cold because I stacked five pizzas together to keep them hot.» Then he shook his head, slammed his door and sped off. This is unacceptable. The manager said she’d «talk» to him. Great job at losing two regular customers. Plus all our friends in the area. Dominos has a better Gluten Free pizza anyway, and they always cook it all the way through, and deliver in less than 40 minutes– and with drivers that still possess some humanity. Don’t order from this store if you want to be treated like an intelligent human that chooses where they spend their money.

Been ordering delivery from the this location for years and always on time. They say a time and they are there within a minute or two of that time. Great pizza and service from the name brands.

Still waiting for our pizza which was said to be ‘out the door’ 30 minutes ago. I live less than a mile away and have now been waiting 2 hours. I recently called and they said they had the ‘wrong number’ to be able to get ahold of me which is BULLSHIT. NEVER GO HERE. Save yourself the time and disappointment of this shitty pizza delivery service. I’ve realized that I’m never getting this pizza.

Terrible service. Walked in, placed my order, got home & my order was all wrong. Called & spoke to the manager who said he would issue a credit. Called 2 days later & no credit was issued. Spoke with another manager who said she couldn’t help me because it didn’t happen on her shift. Thanks a lot Donato’s. I will not be visiting this location ever again

We ordered delivery from here and NEVER got the pizza! We called the store TWICE and was told both times that the driver was on her way. NOTHING! No call from the driver either. Super shitty customer service! The guy who took our order was very rude too!

Worst donatos on earth. Would not recommend this particular location. Drive to speedway. Had an hr and a half wait for cold pizza. Was told I would get a ten dollar credit for my next order, wasn’t true.

Just stopped in for lunch.
Had great service great food and a great server. I had the 3 meat stromboli and it was very differant from what im used to. Id stop in again anytime!

If thin, greasy, salty pizza is your thing, you will love Donatos. My brother LOVES Donatos. I love pizza and I don’t like it at all. I would suggest a Papa Johns, Dominos, or Pizza Hut if you were looking for a cheap chain pizza. Pizza is my favorite food. I even say bad «pizza is still pizza.» I have to drawl the line somewhere and «edge to edge» pizza is it. Their service is fine, I just do not like their product.
