Lots of people in line for iPhone 6 release. Seems like everyone called to find out the supply situation and was told «plenty of every model, size, and color.» They don’t have any 6 plus, and limited 6.

We recently had a really good experience at this store. I stopped in to get an iPhone 4S for my husband and worked with Thomas, who was wonderful! The customer service was great. I couldn’t get the phone that day, but he took my number and sent me text messages to keep me updated and let me know when the phone was in stock. When we went back to get the phone, he was very helpful, helped us navigate the best data plan, and had a great sense of humor! For now on, I’m going to Thomas for my cell phone needs.

I went to this particular AT&T store once, and I shall not be going again.
I was looking for a decent pair of ear buds with an in-​line mic, and I knew that some of the AT&T stores sold Skullcandy brand ear buds. This store is very close to where I work, so I took my lunch break to go see what they had for purchase.
There was a sign in sheet inside the door for those who want to sign up for new service, but that wasn’t what I was looking for. There were 2 other gentlemen in the store besides me who also needed assistance for something other than service, but we all were ignored. Most of the representatives were busy with clients, but there was another who was just bs-​ing on his cell phone and paying no attention to us at all. I waited for one of the busy reps to finish up, but when they did, they called the next name on the list, who wasn’t there, and then continued to ignore us as well.
