It is nice to have a shop close by to purchase bags for my Oreck since Oreck shop closed in Avon. Clermont has a vacuum store but I haven’t been in it for many years but on my list to check out. Oreck store had excellent customer service, parts, repair service and just overall friendly folks working there. We were spoiled I guess.
This store is clean, organized well and the owner appears knowledgeable however arrogant and often rude. I’ll continue purchasing bags here until I find another Westside location or another Oreck Store close by.
