My girlfriend and I came here on Wednesday night for dinner. She received a gift card to the Cheesecake Factory for Christmas. So we decided to come for dinner. We ordered the egg roll sampler, my girlfriend ordered the lemon herb chicken and I ordered the Italian sandwich. The egg rolls pretty good although my favorite out of the platter would be the southwestern egg rolls(a must try). Our entrées came next. The sandwich was big and delicious I ordered it with a salad. But the salad seemed as if I was dressed early and sitting in a bowl. It was soggy and wilted when it came out to our table. The chicken was juicy and moist. But overly salty. We immediately told our server and sent her manager to our table with the complaint for her dish. He apologized for the over seasoned food and took the chicken off from our bill. Service 5⁄5 Hospitality 5⁄5 Food 4.5÷5

This location is in Bella Terra! The parking here is horrible. It is very spacious and big here. A lot of variety of food. Service was a little slow on a Friday night. Food was overall decent.

They don’t take reservations but got lucky and there was no wait when we got there. The food was okay. My table had the miso salmon, bbq pizza, chicken madera, and smoke house bbq burger. The service was pretty slow. My bf tried to ask for extra bbq sauce but never got it. Parking was a little hard to find too.

After calling it seemed that we would have a long wait for only two diners on Christmas Eve. They only take reservations for larger parties. But when we arrived at 5 pm, We were only waiting about five minutes and got a middle booth away from the windows. Corey was quick to take our drink orders and they arrived perfectly and in good time for us to toast Merry Christmas to all! Rachel then took our salad and main course order and that food arrived quickly as well. We ordered a main course that we could share thinking we would want some cheesecake, but we were stuffed and couldn’t eat dessert. Guess that’s how we stayed thin into our fifties. We had a great meal and a good time together, not too loud an atmosphere and service was just right. Well recommended. This place is great for dinner and dessert, and we will return.

We’ve been to many Cheesecake Factory locations over the years and I have to say, the last couple times the HB location hasn’t been up to par compared to others. LOCATION and AMBIANCE(Rating 3.75) As usual the décor and ambiance is spot on for«Cheesecake factory. They really do a good job in that regard. It’s not quiet and seating is close on long rows of table dining, but overall it’s done well. We went last night(Saturday at 6pm) and I expected a wait. Surprisingly, we were seated right away(party of 4). That may speak to my report of of the food quality slipping. SERVICE(Rating 3.5) Our server last night was nice enough, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, but he seemed to have a few too many tables as his attention span was short and visits infrequent. SPICYCASHEWCHICKEN(Rating 3) This is my «Go-To» over the years. It’s a spicy Mandarin-style dish with green onions and roasted cashews over rice. It typically is very good, but tonight. not so much! Very dry and the chicken quality and taste just so-so. I was disappointed. CAROLINABBQPORKSANDWICH(Rating 2.5) This sandwich sounded great, and it would have been if the meat was of better quality and not so tough. It said it was«Tender» pulled pork(barely could bite through it as it was so dry and overcooked). The applewood smoked bacon was good along with the coleslaw and grilled bun. But without good quality meat, this sandwich served was an embarrassment for The Cheesecake Factory in my opinion.

I’m giving four stars for the specific reason that the food that I ate was delicious, but for no other reason I’m going to list. We had a large party of 20. It was my nephews birthday and we had expected a wait. But no wait like this. They had us waiting nearly 30 minutes to be seated, even with though we called ahead. Next we waited almost two hours for our food to be delivered. This was added on by the mixups of the multiple waitresses trying to bring multiple orders of the same plate. My filet mignon was cooked a tad above medium rare, but that didn’t change the tenderness, so they get points for that. Strangely I felt like I was eating meat and potatoes, because that was literally what I ate. I thought they’d atleast pair the steak with asparagus or some sort of greenery, but the steam with a separate plate of potatoes made me giggle. As far as cheesecake my friends, Chris’ outrageous cheesecake is by far the best I’ve ever tasted. I don’t need to explain what it is, because you need to experience it when you go here. All in all, not the worst, but not the best by a long shot.

Eh it’s okay. Had places that are way better and cheaper. Food– I would give one or maybe a half star for the food. The spicy chipotle chicken pasta was eh. The pasta was hard the plate was barely warm it was just not good. The gravy for the mash potatoes were so sour. Food sucked but bread was good. Service– Service is decent. Nothing too bad. Good servers decent wait time overall it’s not bad. Price– $ 14 dollars for a bowl of pasta that tasted like it should be $ 5? No thank you. Nothing from this place really was good. Maybe service but it was mediocre. Good really sucked or at least what I got had sucked. Would never come back.

I have to say the service from Brittany at the host stand was outstanding. She made sure we got our seats, and even followed up to get us bread, just first class all around. Alexandria was excellent as well, she was super busy with extra tables, but kept up with everything. Martha on the other hand, needs to have someone talk to her, to improve her«Latina» attitude, she forgot she’s not in the ghetto…

Came to eat with some friends. I order the mac and cheese burger. It was rather salty, but eating the avocado egg rolls made up for it. It took us 50 minutes to get our meal but it was overall a good experience.

Though I grew up close by, I never been to this restaurant. I was quickly greeted by a wonderful hostess, but I would really like to emphasize on my waitress, Laurie. She is the sweetest, most informative waitress I’ve had in a while. I appreciate her service and how she went over and above to make sure the appetizers, dishes, and desserts were delivered promptly. The food here was amazing. I ordered the spinach and cheese dip and had the lunch crusted chicken Parmesan, and cherry cheesecake. Wonderful service, and again a special thank you to Laurie.

The Cheesecake Factory has always been one of my favorite restaurants. So I was happy when we were told our company was having our Christmas lunch here. We sat outside in the patio it was a great seating area for a large group. However when it came to the service that was another story. Our orders were called in the day before due to the large quantity of people we had in our group. What a nightmare when it came to bringing out all of our orders. There was absolutely no structure what so ever when it came to bringing out everyone’s order. They were all over the place. I get that we were a large group of people, but I just feel if you know you have that many people coming to your restaurant you need to have some type of system in place. It was just pure chaos. I felt we spent more time trying to get everyone their food on the table then getting to enjoy our meal. Plus some of my co workers mentioned their soups were cold. 3 star for their patio atmosphere and their cheesecake of course. I highly recommend their Adam peanut butter cheesecake. I had their Cobb salad it was pretty good, but I definitely would not recommend this place for a large group.

I love the Cheesecake Factory. This location gets crowded since it’s located in a popular shopping center. I try to go during the down times, after lunch or before dinner. The in between times. There’s plenty of parking since there’s a parking structure within walking distance. When it gets crowded, they’ll put you on their list and it doesn’t take that long for them to call you. Maybe half an hour. I love their bread and butter, but I always end up eating too much of it. I always order the same dish since I love it so. I order the farfalle(bow tie pasta) with chicken and roasted garlic. Food is always delicious and service is always on point. Will be back for sure!!!

I gave this place 1 star for service, 1 star for ambience, and 1 star for the avocado egg rolls. Otherwise I gotta say I will only return for the egg rolls! The prices are … well PRICEY! Service is amazing, nice date night location, great appetizers if you want to just eat appetizers… but main dishes are not worth the money IMO. First of all they got rid of my favorite Thai chicken pasta dish… boo! They also got rid of the margharita chicken dish… boo! Replaced them with some mexican dishes which I can get for half the price at other restaurants… why would I come to CF for Mexican food? who is running this place? I ordered the bang bang chicken/shrimp dish which was 3 – 4 stars but not worth the money I paid for it. If I return it will be for a dessert or their apps. So disappointed.

I called to get my favorite dish for take-out on my lunch break. I was put on hold for 9 minutes and eventually I hung up and called again since I didn’t feel like anyone was going to help me anytime soon. Eventually I put in my order for Avocado Eggrolls and I picked them up. As soon as I sat down to eat it I saw that my Avocado Eggrolls were black. I understand browning avocados but not black. Someone had to have seen the avocados were black when they cut the eggrolls in half. I was so sick to my stomach. I have never seen this dish look so bad, I really had no idea what to do other than throw it away. So gross.

I’ve been going to the Cheesecake Factory for as long as I can remember. My regular spot is located in Sherman Oaks. I went during the time when service was AMAZING& managers would come by your table ask how things were going, how the food tasted & what they could do to improve their restaurant. It was also during the time when they used to have Blackened Chicken Pasta & Hungarian Beef Goulash on the menu but as years go by they have altererd the menu tremendously & service just isn’t what it used to be. Theres so many memories I’ve had with friends & family here that it will always have a place in my heart :*) Some of my favorites that are still on the menu are. Avacado Eggrolls Vietnamese Summer Rolls Tuna Tataki Salad Cobb Salad with Vinegrette Dressing Miso Salmon Jambalaya Pasta over Linguini It’s their sauces & dressings that they’ve perfected here that make their dishes so delicious! They also sell their dressing separately, which I LOVE cuz I now only buy my bleu cheese dressing here :) Their award winning cheesecakes & drinks are a must try if you’ve never been here :) at this point who hasn’t had a taste of the Cheesecake Factory? Jump on that band wagon already! :P I am giving them 5 stars based on how they USED to be NOT how the food & service is now. Reason being because everytime I do eat here, it is a hit or miss with the food & service :/it’s a biased review I know but I have history with this place. I will forever love this place & will continue to go back but not on a regular basis like I used to :(

This place is located in the Bella Terra shopping area, right next to Barnes and Noble. I’ve always found the food here to be not that good though. I had the Carbonara with Chicken, and it wasn’t really all that good. The dish was kind of salty, the pasta didn’t have a very pleasant texture to it, the peas were rather mushy and felt kind of like they came from a can or frozen, and the overall flavor was kind of bland. The service was also rather slow, and our waiter seemed like he was stretch too thin between too many tables.

Unilocal Challenge 201571⁄365 Located in the Bella Terra off Beach Blvd just south of the 405 in a very busy shopping center. Parking close will never happen, unless its your lucky day! So, save yourself the trouble and park far away and walk. I have been eating at Cheesecake factories in So Cal well before any Social media existed. I have been to this location in Huntington Beach multiple times to celebrate Birthdays and just because type of meals for parties of 2 – 4 people. It has always been a go to place since its such a crowd pleaser. Buuuuuuuuut each visit here in HB has always been a different experience. Some good, some not so good. A few times our order was mutilated, forgotten, or completely jacked up. Some visits our service were spot on and a perfect experience. I have eaten inside, outside and at the bar. In my opinion the bar is the fastest and easiest place to eat. Today I felt service was decent, but rushed. Service has never been consistent here, which is why the 3 stars. Good servive to me, makes it or breaks it. Service is really hit or miss depending on the time. The wait is anywhere from a few minutes to an hour. After placing your name, take the buzzer and wait. They seem to want to seat you, and quickly get your order in and send you on your way. I understand, they are busy and need to move the show along to serve people in a timely matter, but I ALWAYS feel rushed here. Helllllllooo… their menu is like a novel. I do require more than 5 minutes to know what I want. Food is great here. I gravitate towards their salads that are way to big, burgers, Philly and the cashew chicken. All of them are great. Especially paired with the loaf bread they bring out. They have something for everyone here. I mean everyone from Carnivores to Vegetarians, that takes them on a trip around the world with their diverse cuisine. Their menu is endless. They even have skinny portions, just in case your counting calories. If your not counting calories their desert menu is amazing, offering any kind of cheesecake, some chocolate cake, ice cream, ect. Drink wise, refillable Coke products, iced teas, strawberry lemonade are all perfect to wash down a delicious meal. If your into wine and bear they have that too. There is also Expresso drinks, which I am not a fan of. They are not as strong as I like them. Lunch for 4 was about $ 100. Luckily, Daddy BigBucks usually pays for us, especially since we were celebrating my Birthday today!!! 3 star service…4 star food. Review #573

I’m not really sure why it’s always so crowded at a cheesecake factory because I think the food is pretty mediocre. However, our roommate gave us one of those free cheesecake coupon and we got ourselves a little piece of banana crème cheesecake and a slice of joy to go with that(hah!) Would I go to cheesecake factory otherwise? Probably not.
