I would give this location a better review… BUT I cannot understand how a company can run their business as such. I went in for a facial but it was such a bad experience. The aethetician’s towels weren’t even warm! I felt so bad for the poor aethetician who kept apologizing for a sub-​par service. Something about the power being out? What a joke! I will NEVER go back to this location again and neither should you.
Corene (I believe was her name) was great but I can’t believe I pay monthly for this.

If you want the best facial you’ve ever had ask for Corene. She is so gentle, takes her time, exams skin and recommends the needed products. Corene is professional and shows attention to detail. The HB Massage Envy has a big turn over of employees which is a reflection on the owners but Corene has been there for a long time.

Mary gives the best massage I’ve ever had!
And Dana gives a great facial– really knowledgeable!
The only thing I wish the waiting room had more of a spa smell and feel to it, but definitely worth the price if you’re a member!

David is the best! Overall, was skeptical because it’s a chain. But the manager is super. She went out of her way to recommend a few other therapists at one closer to me without even me asking! What service. I have to stick with David though. Just awesome.
The package you can opt in for as a member gives you the flexibility to get a massage at any Massage Envy in the country. Invest in yourself and your health!

This location is in Bella terra. It’s easy to get in and out of. The front staff is very nice and have always accommodated my last minute schedule. The masseuses are friendly and depending on who get you can get an amazing massage. The atmosphere is very calming.

Had the best massage with Beau! Too bad this is the last time I’m using Massage Envy I cancelled my membership. Just thought I would give a great review for someone who deserves it. Been a member for a long time and of course on my last day I’ll find someone great.

I am basing my review on the massage therapist, Stephanie. I started off with prenatal massages at this location. The first therapist I tried I absolutely hated but then I decided to give this location a second try and I got Stephanie. Stephanie is amazing. I book her for 90 minutes for full body and she really has real soft massage hands. Her hands just mold onto your body and doesn’t tickle or jab into your bones trying to get the knots out. She doesn’t wear any jewelry on her fingers and doesn’t wipe your feet down with a napkin or sanitizer like some therapists at this location. She gets booked up most of the time so its best to book her ahead of time.

Customer service is good except for one Manager named
Jennifer.
She is rude & always replies to my questions In a «rushed» manner & never smiles.
Same over the telephone, her tone of voice is rushed & always «in a hurry»
Not really answering my questions as a customer representative would.
She does not portray warmth or a friendly attitude each interaction I have had with her.
Atmosphere in this location lacks the «spa ambience» you would see at other high end spa places.
There are no white robes or hot teas in the waiting lounge or anything that has water flowing as you see in most spas or anything that will help you relax & feel special for having This «me time «moment before your massage.
So don’t expect any here.
Just the sofas &
Water only in the hall.
It’s a «plain» massage place, that lacks character of a «spa.»

I received a GC for my July birthday so I decided to finally get my birthday massage in September. I went in for a 90 min deep tissue with Beau. He listened to my concerns and spent extra time on my tight areas. He takes his time and doesn’t rush and will give you less or more pressure to get the area to loosen up. I’ve been getting massages for a long time and use to be a massage therapist myself so when I say Beau is a top rate, intelligent massage therapist it’s no joke. I’ll be back soon!

Came here on 9÷3÷15 at 8pm Which is 30 minutes ago, and I saw Jo! She is seriously one of the best! I have a membership with them and been to several locations and massages were okay but Jo did a great job! Covered alot of areas and spent enough time on each. Thanks and great job guys! Jo is definitely a big asset to this facility! Will be referring friends over to her!

My experience with Massage Envy was so-​so. They were able to get me an appointment the same day I called, everywhere else I called was fully booked. I got the massage from Nick, who was awesome. They deduct 10 minutes from your massage, to get dressed, so it’s only 50 minutes hands on. They were advertising $ 49 for introductory massage which is a great price. The receptionist in the front was very informative but was haggling me to sign up for the membership and informed me that the next time I came in, my massage would be $ 100 for an hour! Way overpriced. And $ 60 per month for only one hour or 50 minute massage, no thanks. Once you sign up you are also tied into 12 payments & she informed me that you could freeze the payments but you are still responsible for the rest. Too much hassle. Massage was great but didn’t like feeling pressured to get a membership after I had said no multiple times.

Started coming here recently and it’s just the best! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the receptionists are super nice. Nick is by far my favorite massage therapist, and I’ve been to a lot of places! If you want a good massage ask for him. Will be back regularly.

Have been a member for 2 years and I love it. Clean facility super relaxing rooms with comfortable beds. I love the breast pillows available for nursing moms and there are a number of great massage therapists. My go to is Erika, she’s sweet and does a great job with medium pressure massages.

The massage’s are ok, but don’t make an appointment error, it will cost you. Make a scheduling error, call before appointment, they charged me $ 40? Talked to 2 managers and they would not credit. First error in 5 years… really? I would avoid this location, maybe the others are better to customers

We have been members for about 2 yrs. our overall experience has been wonderful. Some therapist do the full 50minutes, others more like 45 – 47.
Used them today for a facial on my 17 yr old. I think it went really well. The esthetician was very knowledgeable.
Fairly easy to get in for an appointment too
And I think the rates are fair. $ 49 per month. And they roll over if you miss a month.

I’ve been getting massages for over 20 years and been a member of Massage Envy for 5 years. I’ve lived in 3 states since joining.
Today I had a 90 min deep tissue massage with Bo… Quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever had.
He is very knowledgable and thorough.
I have an ongoing appointment set with him Everyother Saturday… highly recommended!

Lucy has healing hands! She took her time and focused on my 2 toughest knots. She massages with light to medium pressure and incorporates some reflexology techniques into her work.
Heard Robert is funny, talkative & gives a good massage. I have yet to try always-​booked-​up Yvette.

I have been going to Huntington beach center for a few months and have been regularly going to see jenifer massage therapist. I always pre book a month ahead and last time they lost my appointment so I tried another masseuse which was not great. This time when I was departing after a great massage, I asked for change to tip my therapist in cash and the receptionist was terrible. She actually told me to o next door to another store for change.
I couldn’t believe she talked to me like some peon to fetch change for her therapists tip. I was nice to come back after buying groceries from whole foods but will never come back again at this location.
