The store manager is great, but I can’t say the same for the assistant manager and other staff. They’re very unhelpful and condescending towards customers. When I returned two pairs of wool dress pants they informed me in front of other customers that they would have to take them to the Salvation Army. Who tells people things like this when they return items? Please fire and rehire your staff. They’re hurting business.

Jos A Bank Clothiers is a great place to get a suit if you can figure out their algorithms in pricing. Like Kaufmann’s/ Hechts of old or Belk’s/ Macy’s of today you are either wealthy or an idiot(or both) if you just walk-in and pay list price at this store as there is always a sale. You just need to determine which is the best sale to jump on. Is it buy one, get two free or is it 50% off or how about 50% off the 1st, 60% off the 2nd, and 70% off the 3rd? You can make yourself crazy trying to figure out the best deal! On this day, I tool advantage of a deal that got me two suites w/a price per suite of $ 179. Not bad a price when you consider these suits list between $ 399 to $ 599 a piece… or do they? Jos A Bank suits are no longer made in the USA like they were when I first purchased one many years ago. The quality still seems comparable but again the pricing is something you really need to watch. Overall, they altered my suits nicely and left me a happy customer. Just do not go in paying retail… cause you just don’t and they know it too.

I really like the Jos A Bank brand. I consistently receive great service at any and every location. I especially like this location and their continuous courtesy and excellent service. I come in here during many of the sales and am always presented additional non advertised deals. I recently bought 3 suits here and had them all tailored perfectly for $ 525. And the suit quality is excellent. When I got married in 2009, I used Jos A Bank for my groomsmen suits. Rather than rent a tux and have everyone throw away $ 120 on the rental, I had my groomsmen purchase summer suits while they were on sale for $ 150, which gave them something to keep and reuse. Well, suiting up 6 strapping gentlemen requires a lot of measuring, ordering(online in many occasions), call backs, tailoring, etc. The team at this Jos A Bank went way out of their way to help with anything — even the online ordering where they weren’t getting credit for the sale. They even allowed me to return a suit I ordered online when it arrived and i realized it was a tad mis-sized. They gladly took it back and handled the corporate office/warehouse argument that I was dreading. I don’t know this Jos fellow, but he’s money. or maybe he’s bank? I get it… i get it. Touché JAB.
