Absolutely the best service I’ve revived at a boutique! The manager and her employee were so helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed for my weekend out of town for thanksgiving. They have the dressing room stocked with options when I walked in. And wine too! Sweetest girls ever. I will be back!

Let me begin with explaining my generosity in the two stars. The clothes, shoes and accessories are really cute. This used to be a store that I would frequent for great fall pieces. that seems to be their niche, in my opinion. The best part of being a consumer with several options, is we decide where to spend our money. Today I experienced one of the worst episodes of «customer service» I’ve ever encountered. Be prepared to be disappointed… and don’t shop in a hurry. Thoroughly inspect anything you purchase. Good thing we have so many other shopping options!

Strolled through with my wife on an evening walking the mean streets of Birkdale Village. I must say that they have some very cute clothes. Prices seemed within reason too although I am the wrong one to ask on that front. Staff was helpful without being overbearing.
