Love Gap. They seem to have different styles from what we had in CT but still nice. I do notice they carry an abundance of smaller sizes so I woudllike to see some sizes for us taller ladies. All in all though, they do have man sales. They could use a larger body section for sure. Great dressing rooms, nice and large. The staff is very nice

The baby gap section at this location is seriously lacking. I went there to buy my son’s clothes in a 6 – 12 month size and was very disappointed. Most outfits started at 12 – 18 months. The staff was not very helpful or friendly.

Terrible customer service! The sales associate, Deb, charged me twice. I got no apology… she acted like she was annoyed by me questioning the transactions. Do not shop there, there are plenty of other«Gap’s» in Charlotte… I’m telling evereyone about this experience.

I dig this Gap pretty well. The staff doesn’t change up as much as the American Eagle around the corner. The regular staff have always been very helpful with me here. Plus, since they’re a bit«off the beaten path» of most mall type stores, they seem to keep a pretty good selection of both new and clearance items.

I agree with Chad… this Gap is small & while it does offer quite a bit, it’s not hitting the mark for me. As others have pointed out, ‘Gap’, ‘Banana Republic’ & ‘Old Navy’ are all owned by the same company. ‘BR’ being the high end, ‘Gap’ middle & ‘Old Navy’ being the low end. Prices have skyrocketed in the past couple of years & I’ve noticed the quality isn’t the same either. Simple shirts cost in the $ 40 — $ 50 range & don’t hold up well in the wash. Now when they do have sales, they’re pretty fantastic. 40% — 75% off in most cases. However, I will say this location stays very neat & organized & the staff are helpful & polite. They actually seem to enjoy their job.

The Gap is a great name for this place — there’s nothing here! Well, nothing worth buying or paying full price for. The men’s section is microscopic, and good sales are pretty rare. I caught a good sale recently and got some really good stuff for an «eh» price. So that raised my rating from 1 start to 3. Go to Concord Mills or Northlake if you want a Gap that actually tries. But as for this location, it’s hit or miss, so goodluck.

Unilocal has this as «Birkdale Vlg, Davidson» which doesn’t match the address on the receipt I’m writing this review from so forgive me on being so specific. The Gap, Banana Republic’s little brother. Not as sophisticated, a little sloppy, and just needs to grow up a little bit for folks like me. As most shopping, the mens section takes a whole 2 minutes to look over to know if there is anything of interest. Every now and then a clothing jewel shows up, but all and all just a good store.
