Wasn’t treated well and wasn’t asked if I needed help while several other non-minority customers were asked if they needed help. Told the manager and she seemed to not care that I wasn’t helped in the store. As a woman of color I felt that it may have been based off my skin color. Won’t support this store anymore, nor will I urge my friends to.

I love this location. The people are especially friendly and helpful and this is where I buy the vast majority of my clothes. The stuff is cute and they always bring me things to try on that I like.

Unbelievable. I’ve been to this location twice and both times I was not greeted or asked if I need help. In fact, the only time I was spoken to was an ‘excuse me’ for a sales associate to step around me to put something away. I’ve worked in retail and that is no way to treat customers. You don’t want to hound them, fine. A simple hello(from one of 6 associates working in a boutique) shouldn’t be too much to ask. It seemed like they were more interested in changing floor sets than assisting customers. I’m really disappointed because I’ve always received excellent, attentive customer service from this brand in DC as well as in Houston.

Was shopping in Highland Village and decided to pop in to see if the sales rack had anything good. The sales ladies were said hi to me when I walked in, asked if I needed any help and then left me alone. It was perfect. I was not pressured or anything. I had no luck with the sales but I won’t have a problem popping in again. It is smaller than the one in the galleria but has the major pieces needed.
