I agree 100% with Mr. James’ review of this place. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else! Since the day I moved in I thought «What a mistake I made.» and it only got worse. During the day you can’t tell, but there is a huge gang of cats that hang out there! The residents FEED THEM and they linger around. They even attacked my small dog when we went on a walk one day. I went to the leasing office to see what could be done about this or at least stop the residents from feeding them so they can go away and their repsonse was «At least we don’t have rats»… are you kidding me!!! Not to mention she argued with me for a good 10 minutes. The front desk lady, Leslie, a total idiot. Not only is she extremely rude and uninviting, she is so incompetent it’s amazing she can walk and talk. There is cat crap ALL OVER the complex. On the stairs, in the hallways, even in my hallway on the 3^rd floor. There is also a gang of spiders that have clustered right outside of my door. That tells you how the upkeep is at this place. There are dirty smelly socks left all over the place, tuna cans, and get this. there was a tampon at the bottom of my stairs for a good 2 weeks!!! Disgusting. I am always embarrassed having guests over because of the smell of cat urine as soon as you walk up the stairs. I had to throw out my welcome mat because the cats were using it as their personal restroom. Gross! The leasing office does not accept packages bigger than 8×11, so make sure you have somewhere else to send packages to. The apartments are so old that there are cracks all over the place! My electric bill is always in the 90’s for my 550 sq ft apartment because of the air leaking. The thermostat is also broken and reads a whole ⁶⁄₇ degrees less than what the temperature actually is. Basically blowing money away.
Basically, DO NOT LIVE HERE! Can’t wait until my lease is up to get the heck out!

This place deserves negative stars for several reasons. I have written other reviews but this time its because they admit to owing me a refund on my deposit and it has been over a year and I still havn’t received it. No Surprise! The management of this complex and Milestone properties are the most worthless bunch of idiots I have ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble!!! DON’T MOVE HERE!!!
