I wouldn’t recommend this subway at all. I feel like it is all children running the restaurant. I stood in line waiting to pay for my food. I had no clue where the cashier was. Slow service.

Very bad customer service. So they close at 10 and we got there a little bit before 9. There was this guy that was incredibly slow. I said banana peppers and he gave me green peppers. Then I said no banana peppers. Both him and this other employee snickered and talked to each other in a low tone the whole time and kept laughing. Pretty sure they were talking shit. The bread was stale and was not toasted enough. They ran out of Chipotle sauce as the guy was putting it on my sandwich. Barely anything came out. Sandwich was cold. Horrible customer service here

Worst subway I have ever been to. Not only were the floors the filthiest I have seen, the work ethic here was just bad. Slowest workers at any subway I have seen and disrespectful to the customers that were there…

So my boyfriend and I love subway and go here all the time. I work retail, and I’ve had a wide experience with customer service… so I know treating the customer right and honestly is what’s going to make them come back. Now I’ve ignored the 2 Hispanic rude ladies that usually do the afternoon shift, that talk smack in Spanish(which I speak as well) and are as slowwwww as a tortoise. But this time was the final straw and will be calling a manager bc this was absolutely ridiculous. Okay so my boyfriend and I get out of school and want some subway, right? So we speed(waste gas) to subway, he gets there first because he’s on a sport bike and they two Hispanic young guys have already shut everything down, closed the register, and it’s 9:50(they close at 10pm) so were trying to get their attention and they ignore us, and then I get their attention and they say they’re closed so we keep asking them to give us their managers number, took 15 min to give us a number and then just called their manager, probably trying to justify their awful service. How could making a sandwich be so difficult?

I’m really writing this to remind myself not to go back. Subway is the same wherever you go. What brings me to a certain one is the service. The same goes for what drives me away. If the employees at this location aren’t talking to each other in Spanish, which I speak too, then they’re busy ignoring customers. For instance, I just went there and was the only customer. This slacker, maybe 18 says nicely, «Hi, what can I get for you?» I answer, «12 inch buffalo chicken on wheat.» He stares at me blankly. «Can I get a 12 inch?» I repeat slowly. «What kind of bread?» He asks. «Wheat» and he actually asked what kind of meat next. I had to tell him no cheese twice, ask him to heat it up… twice! And after I said slow as possible lettuce and tomato, I had to repeat the tomato part. Then I said, «Those green peppers look awesome, can I get some?» He asked what… Do you believe that? I don’t talk fast. He was just not listening. I had to say plainly, «green peppers.» A woman came in with her kid, was nice to the guy at the counter as I was when she walked in. The slacker did the same stuff with her. The worst part was, this wasn’t my worst experience at this location, and I live a block from it. But I won’t go back.

I’ve been coming here in the month of June a few times to take advantage of their $ 2 subs. In July I’ve been back once already. Of those times I’ve been this restaurant always seems to be out of something! Pickles, jalapeño cheddar bread, and or meatballs. This subway is like a hit or miss. Also I would advise reading and re-read any coupons you may have for them and get clarification before ordering. I overheard an employee arguing with a customer over paying for double meats on a BOGO coupon. The customer had asked the employee and she clearly didn’t understand and was giving the customer a hard time and ended up cutting half of his footlong and took it back.

This has got to be one of the slowest Subway restaurants I have ever been to. The employees just move so slow, and now that I think of it, the customers are slow too. I always get stuck behind the most indecisive people in line. But that’s not the restaurant’s fault, so I won’t hold that against them. The store seems to always be under stocked; they’re out of certain breads, toppings, chips and bottle drinks more often than not.

Subway… ahh the go-to place for people everywhere who need healthy and relatively cheap fast food to go. This particular location is staffed by some pretty friendly people and I can typically count on this place for a decent lunch that won’t fatten me up.

My first time going to a Subway for breakfast. A young man, Rob explained breakfast flatbread versus regular flatbread. I started with a breakfast flatbread which is half a regular An egg and cheese omelet. Pepper jack cheese, melt in the oven, garnish with green peppers and onions, salt and pepper. As soon as I realized that this may not be enough, I asked Rob for one more of the same. Paid the price of a regular flatbread, $ 2.75 for the two, with tax $ 2.98. I took it across the street to the auto shop where my car was, and ate a totally satisfying hot breakfast! I called Rob to thank him.
