I gave this place 3⁄5 stars(60%) because of my food. This was my first time visiting this location. It was pretty busy. I am not a coffee drinker, but I received a gift card from a friend for«Teacher Appreciation Week». I ordered the Caramel Macchiato and the chipolte chicken panini. Well my drink came pretty fast, but after waiting a while, I noticed about 4 or 5 people received their food before I did. I asked the lady who was making the food if my chipolte chicken was ready. From the look on her face, I could tell that she completely skipped over my order. She apologized and asked me to give her less than two minutes. Okay, that is fine. That was not a problem for me because I was not in a rush to work. I was already going to be late and my boss was aware, so why go in hungry. I would have given then 4 stars, but my food was cold in the middle. As I hit the highway and got in traffic, my food was super hot on the outside. As I made my way to the middle, it was cold. Sad face, sad face for me. Now thinking back, I am wondering if she took my food out early because she wanted to hurry and get it to me since I was already waiting a while, and the five orders that came behind me were already completed. Whatever the case, I did not like biting into cold food that was a total of over $ 11(Thank goodness for a gift card because I would probably have different feelings if it was my hard earned money I spent). I will not say that I will not be back, I will give them another chance due to the fact that my service was good. However, I may not order that sandwich again on a busy morning.

Very clean. Nice staff… My early morning stop when working on this side of town. Crowded between 7:30−8 ish though…

I’ve given this place so many chances and I just can’t anymore. Always a long wait. They either SCREAM your order when it’s ready or don’t say anything at all. The employees look miserable and don’t give a f*

No hats or aprons. There’s an off duty employee in short shorts and a tank top making her own drink with her hair not even in a pony tail. Everything is dirty with employees cussing. I’ve waited 15 min on an online order. Just got informed that a «machine turned off and they don’t do blonde roast at 8» I’m not sure exactly why it’s so bad. There is always attitude here so I started ordering online and it’s still bad.

BESTSTARBUCKSEVER. Seriously… there isn’t a drive thru but the baristas are on point. Super fast and friendly and my drinks are always consistent and delicious. I’m all about drive they but I come here daily for my macchiatos. Great stuff! :)

This location seems to be a regular hang out for locals. Service is OK, but very dirty.

I had never been to this Starbucks before. I typically stop by the Starbucks in Target whenever I am shopping in Meyerland Plaza. However, I decided to try this free standing Starbucks. It was a complete wreck. They were putting out all of the Christmas displays, but had items scattered everywhere. There was very little standing room. Additionally, the store smelled quite bad, not like coffee at all. It took longer than expected to get my drink. Staff was neither friendly nor rude, but seemed somewhat unprofessional when listening to their comments behind the counter. My suggestion? Skip this Starbucks and head to the one in Target.

The Starbucks staff are always friendly and always make my drink right. I’m not overly high maintenance when it comes to my coffee, I just want it done right and they never disappoint. There is also a nice option of tables by the window if you want to sit down to get some work done or just chat with a friend.

Overall good place. I can understand this place does get crowded. I had no issues however. I arrived on a Thursday morning at around 11am. Pouring rain but I was able to get a seat. Someone mentioned this place has the clover machines. That’s not true anymore. But still great coffee!

Great coffee. Clover machine is a big plus. Usually very fast service on weekday mornings.

This is a smaller location and gets full pretty quickly. There isn’t a drive thru either which makes it even more inconvenient. I would stop in here only if you are not in a rush.

Enjoying a refreshing Golden Ginger on a hot summer day. It’s not too sweet but packs a good ginger punch.

They’re closer to 3.5 stars. I wouldn’t peg this location as a place to come sit and study or have a nice chat with friends. I use this one for a quick stop & go. In the mornings this one can be pretty packed & kinda loud. They could come out & tidy up a bit more considering the high traffic they get. The staff is usually pretty nice & do an alright job with keeping up with the pace of orders. Minus them almost never leaving me room for cream when I ask, my order is usually right. They’re not overly friendly, but based on some of the snotty attitudes I’ve seen from customers, not sure I’d be so friendly either. It’s location is good because there’s plenty of parking & easy to get back on the road in pretty much any direction you need to go.

Rude slow lazy staff. Never have I seen a smile(even a fake one would be great) on any of their faces. They act as if I’m inconveniencing them for placing an order and why they can’t EVER get my coffee right crazy! It’s just an iced coffee!!! Behind the counter where all the wrong drinks are made is filthy. And the employees move at a snails pace with annoyed looks on their faces! Maybe they should take a few shots of espresso before serving the customers! Then again they probably wouldn’t because they know how dirty it really is in there! I’m still in search of a «normal» Starbucks around Houston!

I ordered a Venti iced coffee, extra 2%. I got a Grande iced coffee with a splash of milk. When I asked the barista to put in more milk, she wasn’t particularly pleasant. I will skip this Starbucks in the future and just stop by the one on Westheimer – they always get the coffee correct and are far, far nicer than the staff at this location.

Staff is good, although not personable. I think this goes to most of the Starbucks stores I’ve been to; I swear I don’t see anything wrong with being greeted with a smile. The ambience is nice, but the noise is level is loud when it gets crowded and to the point where both the cashier and myself can’t hear each other. I know that the coffee machines are loud, but really, does it have to be that way to almost where I have to write down my order? Anyway, my love-hate relationship goes on with this company.

I used to like this location better than I do now. In college I practically lived here when I wasn’t in class. But ever since they built the Beck’s Prime next door, it hasn’t been the same. It pretty much reeks of grilled meat, which just isn’t a pleasing aroma in a coffee shop. Also, this location usually seems pretty dirty — like they rarely or never truly clean it. After they remodeled, they put the front doors in awkward locations. I pretty much only go here out of convenience. Otherwise, I prefer other Starbucks locations for sure.

The best thing about this Starbucks location is the clover machine! It’s one of only a few in Houston and it makes, hands down, some of the best brewed coffee you’ll ever have. This Starbucks location seems to be getting a lot of hate in it’s other reviews, but I think it’s great for these reasons: — Clover. Best way to get hot or iced coffee, plus it means special Starbucks reserve options — Plenty of parking — Plenty of space inside, doesn’t tend to get crowded — Even during rush times, service moves pretty quick There are a few things I don’t like, however. — Pretty dirty inside. Crumbs and coffee grinds where you wouldn’t expect them, windows need cleaning. — Baristas are young and not always knowledgable. — Décor needs an update to compete with nicer locations like in the Village. Overall, if you’re a clover-lover like me, this Starbucks is for you! Otherwise, this location will get 5 stars from me when it gets a good cleaning and an update!
