Usually, I would give a great review here. Today I couldn’t get my Starbucks app to work and pre order. I figured I’d just walk in order and take a little more time. Well, bad mistake. I ordered, and the girl behind the counter started going on and on about the upcoming sales at Starbucks, which were ok sales– nothing too great. Anyway, before I could object to the order I placed, because she took it down too soon and didn’t really listen, she handed me a cup with two tea bags and water. I ordered an Oprah chai tea cinammon latte. So now I have a huge cup of water and tea bags. Need better listening on order placement. I was looking forward to my cup so much this morning. Oh, and you may want to ask to the drink stopper/​stirrer, there was none on mine.

Favorite Starbucks location. All of the staff I have ever encountered are super friendly, very hard working and efficient. Even when there’s a long line I know it won’t take too long because they work so quickly. I rarely tip baristas at other Starbucks, but I ALWAYS give a good tip at this location because they always blow me away with their great service!

Ive been there 2 times. the last time i went was my second and last time i go to that Starbucks. this has been one of my worst experiences at a starbucks. THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY DRINK … And when i told the barista she didnt apologize at all she just took my drink and made another one and put it on the bar for me to get it and never notified me it was there. this nice man (customer as well) handed it over to me. I was sitting w my son thats why i was unaware the drink had been remade. Im so dissapointed never going to this starbucks ever again.

Clean store, friendly staff and Great Starbucks coffee. While this is the closest location to my house, I rarely come to this location. In fact I avoid it. All because the parking is horrible. I’ve been here a few times and I’ve drove around and around and could not score a parking spot. I guess their is nothing they can do about the parking, but they might try relocating in the same area with better parking. Perhaps across the street in the Heb parking lot.

I’m torn about this one. The service was great, friendly and super fast which are all obviously pluses. They didn’t, however, have any bottled water and the employees said that they hadn’t been receiving any in their shipments for a while. I’m not sure if the small size of this location has anything to do with that or not. The other big downfall is that there are about 5 parking spaces for this Starbucks location, not exaggerating much. I had to circle several times and finally park in the grocery store parking lot and trek across. The traffic is weird here because of an awkward corner which means if you don’t get one of the 5 spaces you’ll have to cross the street at least once braving life and limb for coffee. If I can at all, I’ll avoid all the hassle next time and drive a few more minutes to have less headache.

This is the Starbucks I usually stop by and get my coffee fix. since it is near my house. While it is the same as most Starbucks, I like this one. The staff is friendly, you feel welcomed and they all have great attitudes there.
The only thing I have an issue with this location is parking. If you go here during the typical coffee rush times, parking can be an issue.

I love my Starbucks as every white girl should but I would discourage anyone from coming to this particular location. They seem to be the slowest Starbucks on the planet, as if they are always training employees, but it is always the same ones. The line is always out the door long, and a huge cluster is always around the bar waiting as well. They can have anywhere from 4 – 6 employees and it will still take 30 minutes to get my drink after placing the order!
The parking is terrible as well, I know that is not the employees fault but you’d think that with how big Starbucks is as a company they would do something to improve the situation better.
I feel like every time I go to this location it is a massive let down.

Very good! Friendly staff, quick service. And when someone left their credit card, they (thinking it was one of us) ran out to our car to try to return it. Also, it’s not very crowded which is really nice.

I’ve driven past this Starbucks hundreds of times during the day but never went in but was pleasantly surprised when I finally did. This location is surprisingly roomy inside and outside and the staff are very friendly. I shall have to come back there for my studies since I’m getting pretty tired of the 24 hour location. Parking is a bit tricky there however.

Saturday evening and they have a French roast brewed, which I don’t usually see and is pretty good. On the downside, the baristas are listening to pop music behind the counter, which competes with the music playing through the store speakers — annoying.

I come here pretty much 4 of the 5 business days, mainly for my boss lady. I love everyone that works here! They know immediately what I need to order and I get to chat with them while I wait.
The parking, however, really isn’t too great. It’s a narrow lot and you’re better off parking on the street next to it. Dealing with the narrow spots in the lot is already a hassle, but then you have to deal with the people who don’t understand what parking between the lines means.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars (instead of my natural inclination of 2) is because the Barista teams at this Starbucks location on Rice Avenue are always SO friendly.
It should be noted that this location has a TERRIBLE parking lot… in fact it is to your benefit if you use the «on street» spots rather than messing with the narrow and angled parking spaces.
The location, though small, is cozy and always busy. The staff is usually great about managing the line… though sometimes you can feel a bit cramped between the door to the cash register to the prep bar. It is in your best interest to give your name and stand to the side until your drink is called.
Though not an ideal set-​up (parking or inside), it is still a Starbucks which means your hot or cold caffeine needs will soon be met!

I am on a Starbuck’s rating kick today, but it is the Unilocal application’s fault because I keep checking in and it forces me to write reviews.
Average Starbuck’s with the single annoying point of closing at 8 PM, so if you come by after work for a coffee with a friend, don’t plan on lingering. And they are not too subtle about 7:30 in letting you know that they are closing.
Terrible parking lot where you will either be dinged by the person next to you or parked between 3 Bellaire Police Officers monitoring criminals in Downtown Bellaire from the comfortable padded chairs of the Starbucks.
The 3 outside tables smushed against the glass of the shop and reserved for chain smoking Ethiopian Taxi Drivers from 1 PM to closing makes a charming gauntlet to run.
