Don’t waste your time. 85% of the time, they have a chair in the drive thru(i’m assuming b/c someone called in?) I’ve only witnessed maybe two employees act professional. The majority of them look miserable and overall, its been a terrible experience. Will not be spending my money at this location.

Okay, I wish I could give them a better rating, but based on all my visits with them, I have to give them 1 star. Why? Whenever I get promotion stuff and want to redeem it over there, they would say oh sorry our Starbucks isn’t the same as the other ones out there, we actually own by Randalls!!! I can’t tell it is different than the stand alone ones unless they put up a sign for that. Well, if that is the case, how come I am able to get any promotion items the ones inside Kroger all the time then? It is very stupid. The servers are friendly and polite, but whatever it is it makes them look awful! I don’t think I will visit them for anything in the future, even though I am in the neighborhood.

They know what I like and never sway me from getting the perfect coffee every time… I wish all Starbucks could be this good!!!

It’s Starbucks– you basically know what to expect, right? Mostly, I get my cappuccino fix at Fioza because they’re a local business, but today I had a dangerous piece of paper– a coupon. This Starbucks was a little hard to find, as it’s deep in the shopping plaza right off of the ramp for 610. Behind the Shlotsky’s, just Northeast of Post Oak Road. It’s actually part of a small grocery store I’d never heard of before– Randall’s. I’m going to the trouble of reviewing a Sbux because the woman working there is exceptionally pleasant. She warmly chatted with me about that favorite Houston topic– the weather. She seemed genuinely psyched for me that I was getting a free pastry. And it wasn’t just me– she was equally sweet to everyone else in line. Because this Starbucks is low visibility, it seems a bit slow despite its proximity to the beltway. Stop in here when you’re feeling fatigued by bad customer service in general. This shopping plaza is a tad desolate, so if you stick around long enough you may very well spot a tumbleweed.
