Avoid this store at all costs! I had the worst experience with them. My issue? The sales person I dealt with completely lied to me about Sprint service capabilities to get me to switch from AT&T. I had to switch back to AT&T after two days. Even the Sprint HQ took my side and refunded all my fees including activation fees. But want to know what was worse than my original experience? When I went to return the phone another sales person took my return but didn’t give me a return receipt(I know, stupid me). The only saving grace is I posted my complaint on Sprint’s social media site and a nice customer service rep has been helping me out. So turns out that the store took my phone back, never returned it to the manufacturer and resold it. They were able to determine this because the serial number has been activated under a different phone number. Thank goodness I paid with my AMEX. As we speak AMEX is uncovering this(and refunded my charge). It’s only a matter of time that they will determine that the sales person has committed a criminal offense and he will be fired and arrested. I heart American Express.

After dealing with this store over two years ago and being totally disappointed this Sprint seems to have made improvements that really impressed me. Good acknowledgment when walking into the store each time. Solid phone and plan knowledge. Plenty of employees working to help give quick service without a wait.
