Not crowded and no rude customers to put up with, better then the two that are closer to my home (Gessner/​59 and Beechnut/​Bissonnet)

Ice cream is creamy and delicious. Try the pistachio and the coconut.

Young staff and dirty tables are typical in these chains and it’s not really that different here.

Manager made the girl dump my ice cream back into the container and give me smaller (kids size) scoops when she found out it was for a sundae. I’ll stick with the Memorial location from now on. Seriously, my scoops turned out to be kids size.

you scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream! Only I wanted to scream then I was the told 2 cones cost $ 9.

This location does not serve standard portions or toppings on the sundaes. They short both the scoop size and the toppings amount. Too little of everything. They are cheap and a rip-​off. They are violating franchise quality control by giving far less ice cream and toppings — so obviously not doing what the franchise considers standard.
I measure this standard by the hundreds of times I’ve gone to other BRs over the years, always approximately the same sizes and this one has ripped me off repeatedly until I finally got the hint last night. At first I just thought it was someone new or unskilled but it’s happened 3 times now and I realize they are doing it intentionally.

We went on Mother’s Day after dinner and it was packed. The line was out the door but it didn’t take long and they patiently waited on everyone and gave great customer service. They have some tables inside and some outside as well. Lots of ice cream cakes to pick from and a good selection of flavors.

The Chocolate ice-​cream my fiancé purchased was very strong! It was almost similar to coffee mixed with licorice. Usually I’m not a huge ice cream fanatic but I do love waffle cones/​cups. The dipped chocolate waffle cup was delicious and the chocolate was so soft and decadent. AS FOR THE SERVICE, my fiancé said that the cashier/​server was rude and kept asking him questions about our credit card… «This isn’t your card» Yes it was MY card, why does it matter? My name was on it… And on top of that she was rude with an attitude. I don’t know who was working at that time but we experienced this around 4:00pm ish on April 19^th 2014. RIDICULOUS. What happened to top notch customer service now a days? NON existent. Good thing we also got vanilla because the chocolate ice cream was gross.

Any day I have my godson with me on an errand day this is one of our «errands».
He loves the waffle cones and I like getting a cup and having a quick sit down for a break. A double scoop of orange sherbet and some chocolate ice cream is always good for me and he usually gets a different flavor each visit.
You aren’t gonna get out of here with a $ 1 cone. I usually plop down about $ 8 for us both.
Everyone has their own favorite flavor so I won’t go into which ones I like best. They will let you taste some if you aren’t sure. Taste a few and mix and match!
They have ice cream cakes, pre scooped tubs to go (or they will fill a new one with your flavor of choice), shakes and sundaes, You know all the good ice cream parlor stuff. It’s no different menu wise than any other Baskin Robbins.
I write a review for this location because:
The floors and tables are usually spotless, the lady behind the counter each time we have been in has been very pleasant and parking is easy right out front.
If you like ice cream it’s a nice spot to stop on a busy day and have a cone or cup. It is definitely A-​Ok!

Do not attempt to get ice cream after 9 the personnnel is just plain rude because they just want to go home, had a terrible experience at this location Saturday feb 1, 2014.

I love Baskin Robins! Their ice creams are super duper good! Very creamy and sweet, my favorite is vanilla. I love their ice cream cakes as well =)
PS: The workers there are extreamly polite and nice.

After all the excitment in one day, my little ones decided that they wanted ice cream. When you enter this Baskin Robbins is very clean and you can smell them making fresh waffle cones. Yum! I took them here to Baskin Robbins and the ice cream helpers were very friendly. Definitely come here again!
