Excellent customer service. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the store to put my name on the list. I didn’t have to wait 5 minutes. Tony was very courteous and most of all, helpful. I just needed to add a line to my plan – in and out in less than 10 minutes, plus walked me to the door. Everyone seemed just as nice! MUCH better than the Town and Country location!

I bought a screen protector for my phone at a value of $ 45.00. I thought it was expensive and declined at first. The SALESperson told me it was guaranteed for life and in the moment I decided to buy it, why not? It’s for life! I should have read the conditions first but with faith in his words, I bought it. The screen protector cracked and I went back. It had been since February. I went last week to try to get it fixed and replaced. Before I could even finish saying my story, the lady at the entrance says they don’t do that. I tried to explain what I was told and she was pretty firm about it and it felt that she didn’t care. I was frustrated at this point and decided to just leave and deal with the manufacturer. She might have noticed and asked how long it had been and I said February. She basically said that was too long and they couldn’t help me. Moral of the story, sales people are there for SALES and I shouldn’t expect any help when I was tricked as there are terms when you open the box. The woman couldn’t even bother listening to me and show a little more empathy. When you go here be very cautious about what they tell you and ask how exactly processes work. If possible, ask for a manager or someone higher up to confirm what the employee is telling you. I would give them no stars if I could.
