I’m gonna try to sum this up. I went into the store with an issue, not looking to buy or upgrade. The customer service I received by both Jenneffer and Anna was far above my expectations. It was even far above what I’m sure Verizon’s expectations of them are. Because of how I was treated and the above outstanding service I received, Verizon now has a customer for life. I won’t get into all the details, but there’s been plenty of times over the past several years, with these other company’s new lower priced plans, that I’ve compemplated leaving Verizon. After the service I received last weekend and the human component they added on top of it, I am now a customer for life! Because of how these two ladies handled my issue, Verizon will now be getting at least $ 100 month from me for several years to come and I happy to pay for service from a company that hires the type of people I had the pleasure if dealing with. To sum it up, I wasn’t a number or just another complaint to them, I was a human being and could have been treated any better. As long as I live in Houston this will be the only Verizon store I’ll go to for my needs. All I can say is… THEYWEREFANTASTIC!

Nothing beats an actual corporate Verizon store in customer service. I went here yesterday and dealt with Mack Davenport. My partner was getting me an early birthday present and Mack hooked me up with a Samsung Note 3. Customer service was on point though I wish they could have given me a better deal. And they used to have 20% off accessories for Verizon clients and they did away with that so kinda hurt me on the case. If u need anything cellular relate go to this location. The franchise store suck big time.
