A restaurant I frequented in early 2011 located in the Westchase district of Houston, right in front of Fitness Connection on Westheimer. Extremely friendly staff. Mouth-watering food – so good we find ourselves making our way back at least once a week(the owner and waitress have our orders down to our drinks!). Comfortable atmosphere & plentiful parking. Gorgeous &CLEAN restrooms. Huge servings of food. Excellent quality. Superb taste. Truly authentic. I order the chile relleno with poblano pepper, which is served with rice and beans. So delicious. I also recommend the Fajita Nachos… omg… :) Also, the size of their drinking glasses is humongous, and they refill your drink when you’re just above halfway. This is a huge plus. The larger quantity doesn’t sacrifice in quality because their drinks don’t taste like the watered down drinks you get from other restaurants’ soda fountains. Their drinks taste BETTER than what comes out of the actual soda can or bottle! They taste exactly how drinks should taste, refreshing and flavorful. Overall, excellent food, outstanding customer service, great atmosphere for any occasion. The experience is consistent or better every time we go. A must if you’re looking for AWESOME Mexican food in this part of the city.

Houston is well-known for its international cuisine, but if there’s one thing no one would question its ability to do right, it’s Mexican. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas — they’re practically in our blood. From regionally specific dishes to our own blend of Tex-Mex, Houstonians boast quite a discerning palate. Which makes it awfully tough for a Mexican restaurant to stand out from the pack, and leaves a glut of average establishments hovering around the middle of the Bell curve. La Fiesta is one such place. Almost completely mediocre in every way, it nevertheless serves up some classic Mexican dishes for a reasonable price. Si tienes hambre, La Fiesta te satisfará.
