The franchise owner who runs this kfc ought to be ashamed of himself. This is the nasty kfc i have ever been in. Everyday they are ought of something. Pepsi. ice or chicken. How can you be ought of chicken. I have met other employees who work at other kfc restaurants and they are embarrassed to work at this one on south main. Stay away from this kfc and go to another one.

I swear this has to be the worst KFC franchise in Houston. Almost every time I visit they mess up my order one way or another. Tonight I placed my order, they tell to pull around. I sit before 2 other cars for them to get their meal (which I don’t mind doing) only for the guy at the window to tell me they ran out of what I ordered!!! This isn’t the first time this scenario happened either.
Good thing Popeyes is just down the street

I go on Tuesday for lunch to get the bowl. I love the way they make my bowls. They but lots of chicken in the bowls. The KFC in sharpstown on 3 – 4 pieces.

I went there tonight at about 7:15 pm and they were out of Chicken for the night. They were also out of chicken sandwiches, tenders, and pot pies. This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and they were out of chicken before 8pm. I would also like to note that there were 5 cars in front of me at the drive thru and they all left because they wouldn’t make anymore chicken for the night. They severely lost business tonight. You would think if there was that many people that wanted chicken they would have made some more. I will never go back to this location. Someone from corporate needs to investigate, because this place is giving the KFC franchise a bad name.

Poor service and horrible food. I ordered two $ 5 fill ups. One with 3 tenders and one chicken pot pie. My damn pot pie was dry as hell. They must have over cooked it then let it sit in the warmer all ALL day. I started to give it back and ask for something else but I hate to be that customer. So I threw it away and left hungry. Fast food need to take in mind you hate when customers act a fool well take pride in the products you put out. If you wouldn’t eat it no one else would. E choose to cone spend our money or not. No customers= no job.

If I could give the food a zero I would. I work from the car, mobile all day and like to grab something quick from KFCs around town. This location food is by far the worst ever. Hard chicken, biscuits like baseballs, mashed potatoes like they had been sitting under a lamp for hours.
I asked for replacement biscuits and the young girl was super sweet, but the biscuits were the same as before.
Manager was present but seemed to not notice.

This place is dirty there was a hair on the table and little ants I was afraid to put my cup down while I waited for food thought the ants would run off with my drink. The staff seem to be high they stare at the chicken for like 30 mins like it would box itself.

Sometimes you just follow your stomach… I’m often mislead! When in a drive-​thru, I try to speak as clear as possible but apparently I asked them to totally jack up my order.
I get to the window and said they are out of potatoe wedges so pick another side. I wasn’t in a rush and nobody was behind so I said that I’ll wait. Seconds afterwards, he appears with my food and I’m thinking to myself, WTF? Nevertheless, I’m initially satisfied. I pay and pull off. Get home and…

This is what I got: (1) Kids meal chicken strips with potatoe wedges and gogo appleasauce. (1) 3 spicy bites, potatoe wedges and a capri sun (fruit punch).
I’m guilty for not checking my order promptly but damn. And these mofo’s want more money…

I don’t eat fried food but was craving a snack and when I saw KFC decided to stop to get a biscuit. I was disappointed in the size of the biscuit and moreover, it is .85 cents. I believe that’s expensive for the size. At the drive-​thru I asked if they have honey and they said «yes.» I got an envelope of a honey product with corn syrup and only 7 percent honey in the little package. Why can’t they have real honey if they are going to have biscuits?

We ordered, paid, the lady gave us cups for our drink, but kindly told us that the soft drink machine wasn’t working and asked if we wanted bottled water instead. Maybe she forgot. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE ordering, so that the customer gets to make the decision to stay or leave.

OK so this my vice. It’s a secret pleasure. Whenever, I don’t know what to eat I just can’t help but to hit up KFC for their original chicken. I grew up on this stuff as a kid and well just never gave up the addiction. With the new commercials for the boneless chicken I’ve been eating it more!
The boneless is nothing more than a glorified chicken strip but boy does that original batter kick the butt out any one else chicken strips.
