Customer service here ALWAYS sucks, no matter what time of the day or night. Drive thru or inside. The entire staff needs to be retrained on how to provide decent service at the least.

The floors were dirty and sticky. See my picture. An employee walked on this floor and never bothered to clean it. The ketchup despensers were both empty. Nobody cleaned the tables after people left. There were no paper towels in the restroom. The food was ok.

Friendswood, TX
The food was good. BUT, I went to the restroom before I ordered and there was no soap at all. After knocking, I got some from the ladie’s room. When I ordered I told 2 women about it and they said they would get it handled.
After a working lunch of about 40 minutes, I returned to the men’s room NO SOAP. How were the guys working there washing their hands???
Whe I told the manager on duty, he could have cared less. My last trip of course.
