I love crawfish, and I’ve been everywhere in Houston for crawfish. I love the spices they use here for the garlic buttery blend. I would say it’s pricier than going to Blue Water, Big Woodrow’s, or anywhere else, but it’s worth to give it a try at least once to compare(if you’re a crawfish lover).

Awesome garlic sensation sauce, I feel in love with it! I had a seafood pot with crawfish, shrimps, snow crab, and sausage. The garlic sensation is what made this dish so delicious. The crawfish were okay but I don’t think they are in season yet. The seafood gumbo was good but I’m not a big fan of gumbo but good. Service is a bit slow but I come for the food so I don’t mind. Try the garlic sensation!

Crazy Cajun must be Spanish for really crappy Chinese seafood. Nothing Cajun about this place. If you’re from Louisiana and want some food from home, do yourself a favor and go to BB’s. I had a half shrimp, half oyster poboy. Three oysters and four pieces of shrimp(I’m not even sure they were whole shrimp). Bread was dry and hard. Fries were out the bag with Tony’s thrown over them.

This restaurant is conveniently located in the Target shopping center off 290. All your favorite seafood dishes in your favorite sauces. I myself love the snow crab legs in the garlic butter sauce. During crawfish season, if you like them hot and spicy this is the place. They have great happy hour specials. If your a sports fan they have tons of tv’s and there’s always a game on! Btw give the red beans and rice a try!

I came here for dinner and had the blackened tilapia. The salad was ok the main dish was great. I ordered the potato and corn side and that was delicious too. The service and the margaritas were ok. Great place to watch the game. The only bad thing is that they were showing the rockets game and the rockets suck. Go Spurs Go.

Not sure how this place stays open. We are new to the area and came out to watch Monday night football. The place was dead the entire time we were there. We found out why after our food arrived. I got the spicy shrimp pasta and my fiancée ordered the wings. Note — she is a wing fanatic and I’ve never seen her not finish an order of wings. She ate 3 of the 8. My pasta was ok not great not bad but the shrimp were inedible. Rubbery and fishy. We will not be back.

I love this spot! I usually order the blackened catfish with the pop… whatever its called it’s the sauce with the shrimp in it. Recently I switched to ordering the spicy shrimp fettuccine which was great my first time. I told my brother in law about it and he told me he had some that was so spicy he couldn’t eat it. I guess he jinxed me because the next time I ordered it thats just what I received. Overall I think the only thing this place is missing is people…

This place is well… meh. Located on the corner of a shopping strip off 290, it is surrounded by much better options to eat at. I guess that kind of sucks for them. The atmosphere at this time of day is quite drab even though I arrived during happy hour(whoohoo) to pickup my order that I called in. After seeing that the happy hour drinks consisted of a 4.95 margarita, I opted to stay there and eat my food. The lady behind the bar gave me the impression that the muscles in her face did not allow her to smile. She was dry with no personality and just ready to get me my food and get me out of there. So you can imagine her face when I said«oh I think I’ll have a drink.» I ordered the strawberry margarita. The bartender poured some artificial strawberry purée in a glass and poured the frozen margarita on top… didn’t bother to mix it.(BIGNONO) After mixing my own drink together it was actually very good & potent! Came in a big a** glass too! I got my food and let me say… It wasn’t all that. For just a few dollars more I could have went a couple restaurants over and ate at pappadeaux. It wasn’t terrible tasting but it was hmmohmygawd good. The quality of the food just isn’t worth the price at all. What I will say is that the seasoning on the food wasn’t half bad, i had to ask for more because it came out quite bland, but overall not the worse. I don’t see myself going back, simply because there is too many better options in the vicinity. What got this place was that big ol, extra strong margarita. Gotta love one of those. :)

I have eaten here a few times several years ago and decided to go back. My previous visits were not bad but also not that memorable. A couple of nights ago I went back for dinner. This restaurant is part sports bar and part Cajun restaurant just like the name says. I ordered the shrimp étouffée. When it arrived it was a large plate of étouffée with a mound of white rice in the middle and a bread basket. The étouffée was ok and fairly standard IMO. The buttered French bread provided something to sop up the étouffée with which made it better. I give this meal a 3. I think of this place as a restaurant that serves ‘commercialized’ Cajun food which means you won’t get a bad meal here but also won’t get anything over a 3 in quality. I might come back sometime but won’t be in a hurry because of there being better options.

My boyfriend and I stopped by for dinner during the week. We were greeted upon arriving and seated promptly. It took the waiter a few minutes to come and take our drink order. We took advantage of their happy hour specials, $ 1 off mixed drinks. I tried the hurricane, which was good and strong. We ordered appetizers to share, boudin balls and a cup of seafood gumbo. It took about 20 minutes for the appetizers to come out, and our entrees followed 5 minutes after. The gumbo was excellent, but the boudin balls were nothing to write home about. We ordered the same entrée, Crazy Cajun Étouffée Combo, which came with shrimp and crawfish étouffée and a choice of fried item on the side. I got fried the shrimp, which was a great choice. The shrimp was served on the side over a bed of rice pilaf. The étouffée was good, but lacked somewhat in flavor. Overall, we were satisfied with our meal, but the waiter could have been more attentive and service was rather slow considering there weren’t that many people there.

Not a bad place for crawfish! Service was really slow and they dint have as much drink options. But I am adding one more star for their fried beignet with ice cream! After eating loads of crawfish(which is great too especially garlic one) the ice cream with fried beignet was awesome! Do give it a try! :)

This place offers the best crawfish in all of greater in Houston in my opinion. They use a sauce called garlic sensation and it really enhances the flavor and gives it something special that other places don’t offer. I last ordered the crawfish and shrimp combo and a few cold beers and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I tend to go to the bar and whenever I’m waited on by a short haired lady(I don’t know her name), she always provides great service with a smile along with good follow up. The other servers are really courteous and friendly as well but the one with the short hair really does stand out, in my opinion. They also have really good hot wings which are seasoned just right. A nice place to kick back on a Friday evening and watch a game while enjoying a good meal wihile drinking a few beverages

One of my favorite places to go and grab some crawfish during the season. I believe it is $ 8.99 right now but if you buy 5 lbs then it’s $ 7.99! This is probably my 6th or 7th visit and the flavors are on point every time! My favorite flavors are their original spicy and garlic butter spicy. Mhmmm! Although their spicy is not eyes-tearing, nose-running hot, it is definitely hot enough for you to enjoy with a cup of cold beer! I also tried their piña colada and strawberry daiquiri today and I definitely liked the daiquiri better!

Came here for a nice Saturday lunch with some friends. It took a while to get seated for no apparent reason other than being short staffed. Several tables were open but we waited a good 20 minutes. Once we were seated we had to wait again for the waitress to come around and eventually just asked someone to get her for us. This was fine as my friends and I were talking and settling in but for not being very busy, the wait was bothersome. We ordered the original style crawfish and crab legs as well as parmesan chicken wings and fried alligator for an app. The crawfish was average but the crab legs were very good. The chicken wings and fried alligator were subpar and I wouldn’t recommend them. The alligator was all batter and no meat. The service during our meal was great. All in all it was an ok experience but I probably wouldn’t go again.

1. Service — A-La-Carte, and to be seated by a host. Friendly staff, and our waitress did a really good job in checking on us ever so often. 2. Price — It was pretty pricey for two people. We’ve walked out of there paying about $ 48 for two people not including tips. We were charged $ 6.99 per pound of crawfish. We’ve ordered 5 lbs total, so that was about $ 35, plus $ 9 wings, and $ 4 tax. Generally, eating Crawfish at restaurants are pretty expensive. So this is average. It should be cheaper per pound during season. I believe Crawfish Season is from March to May? 3. Ambiance — Dress code is casual. It’s a bar and restaurant with lots of TV for sport games and music videos which they typically have on. 4. Food — I come here mainly for crawfish and wings! They have several flavors for crawfish, original flavor or garlic sensation. I recommend the Garlic Sensation. You can pick any flavors you want, and then pick your level of spice as well(mild, medium, or hot). Note that picking a flavor does not pick the level of spice. It’s two different selections. As of February 19th, they were still serving frozen. I was told that they will serve fresh when in season(March). You can tell as the shells were a bit soft to peel. Crawfish was in all various sizes(small and big), but the flavor was so rich in flavor. I love the garlic taste and the level of spice(mild) that I’ve ordered. For wings, they have garlic parmesan, hot sauce, lemon pepper, original, garlic pepper, teriyaki, and BBQ flavors. I recommend their lemon pepper wings. Their fries are hot, soft, and crunchy. An order of wings come in 8 pieces, and one piece includes the wing tip, the drummette, and the wing flat. That’s huge! Some places would count that as 16 different pieces(and throw away the wing tip). My favorite wing place is wingstop(and still is), but these wings were so big, puffy, juicy, and meaty. I was totally blown away. Wait a bit before you eat, as it may burn your mouth! Learn from my mistake! haha. Thinking about it as I write this review, just makes me salivate! 5. Cleanliness — They do need to work on this. Restroom smells and looks nasty, and the window where I was sitting at was splashed all over with crawfish juices from the previous customers. Perhaps they clean it every morning, and I’m a bit sensitive with my observations. I was kind of grossed out. They may need a few sinks outside the restrooms(like Rudy’s BBQ) to keep it cleaner. Dark floors and walls may make it appear dirty as well. Dining tables seems clean. They have plastic table covers for all tables. But despite the dirtiness, I’ve enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back!

Went here to eat while I waited for my car to be serviced. I ordered the shrimp fried rice platter, and a order of chicken wings. The wings were fresh, hot and whole just like I like them. Very crispy and seasoned well. The rice was pretty impressive I must say to have been prepared at a seafood bar. My only complaint is there were not enough shrimp in the rice for the hefty price tag of 10 $…

This place has the BEST crawfish in all of Houston. It is super flavorful — I recommend ½ original seasoning(which is a great sweet and spicy) and ½ garlic sensation. So amazing!

For crawfish and oysters, this place isn’t bad for the price! The buttered garlic with spice is what I choose to put on my crawfish. I don’t come too often, but when I’m hungry, I’ll be ready to dig my fingers in these juicy critters. The oyster nachos are a must have app. Whoever put that combo together is a genius. One more thing I would want to try are the frog legs.
