No ice in the soda machine. Flat bread pizzas taste like cardboard. No Parmesan and red pepper shakers, just nasty packets of cheese and pepper, they taste old and stale. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day.

All I can say is The manager at this place wants gifts for her birthday and expects all the employees to host her an amazing birthday bash! How do I know this? she was too busy talking on her cell phone on how she expects everything to be perfect as I attempted to pay for my buffet!
The chicken noodle had no chicken and it was cold, the New stuffed pizza’s dough tasted old, and of course how can anyone forget the stoner couple having a make out session on the booth! Oh wait, the manager was still on the phone throughout my entire visit.
The place looked like it was mostly kept up by the other employees that were not on their cell phones and over all clean. Pizza kept constantly coming out to the buffet but it was bland of course.
When we left, the manager did get off her phone and told us to have a nice day then got back to her phone convo.

Chain food places to eat don’t vary much in taste. The few things that make the difference is service, pizza quantity, cleaniness. This CiCi’s was basically empty, pizza was fresh and the place was clean. The game area was clean so I enjoyed the quietness & relaxed feeling as we ate and my son went back and forth to the game area.

Not much pizza on the buffet, floor and tables aren’t clean but worst part is the tv being on «primero impacto». I did not enjoy looking up from my food to see a bloody dead body wedged under a truck on the flat screen. Can we please put something else on? Disgusting.

This is by far the worst Cici’s Pizza I’ve ever been to. When we walk in the buffet has no pizza on it. As soon as some is put out it’s gone because of the large number of people waiting for it. So, once again we play the waiting game. I requested a pepperoni pizza be brought to our table and it took damn near 30 minutes for it to get there. There was no ice in the ice machine. The place was also filthy on top of everything else. There were atleast 5 tables that I could see that were not bussed the whole time we were there. Never coming here again. Avoid this place like you’d avoid a fat chick with a cold sore.
