Wish I could give this location a negative star, it doesn’t even deserve one star. The delivery driver from this location stole $ 5 from my debit card,(even after I had already given him a cash tip) by writing in his own tip on the debit card receipt.(a receipt that i never even received nor signed, because he didnt have it with him when he delivered the cold pizza) That is THEFT! And it also delayed me from paying for my medication because I didn’t have enough money on my card to pay for it after he stole my money. Even the manager on duty admitted he did this. I had to contact corporate office over and over before they refunded my money. No one from Pizza Hut has called me to offer any kind of compensation to keep me as a customer and assure me they dont tolerate this kind of criminal behavior from its employees. It seems like they just wrote me off by thinking a refund will clear up everything. No, your employee STOLEMONEYFROMMYCARD! I am now in the process of a possible lawsuit.

The WORST!!! I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple PANCRUSTED at 5:26pm. They brought the WRONG order an hour later(mushroom and pepperoni). They then attempted to correct it and sent me the wrong order AGAIN(pepperoni and pineapple THINCRUST)!!! Both orders were COLD! How INCOMPETENT?!! The manager had the nerve to tell me she personally made me a pan crusted pizza. She should be fired because she clearly does not know the difference! She offered an in-store credit and I declined because I refuse to order from there ever again!

I would give negative stars if I could. We called our order in 30 min ago when we arrived to pick up the order we pulled into the drive thru where we sat for 10 min until someone finally came up and said that they’re drive thru was closed due to rain. Once we got inside it felt like a ward of some type with plate glass windows around the register. Finally after another 20 min someone came to help us. After waiting almost an hour for a pizza that suppose to be done in a half hour of course it was cold.

Could this be the worst Pizza Hut as far as maintenence to run day to day. The men’s restroom is our of order. The soda fountain is not working. I understand if they are low on 1 type of soda but the whole machine. I say find another Pizza Hut or another pizza shop altogether.

The good thing about chains is the consistent quality you expect to find. This Pizza Hut did not disappoint. Due to our unplanned layover, we checked into our hotel too late and were starving. We didn’t have a car and there was nothing around we could walk to. I jokingly told my husband we should just order a pizza. We looked it up on Unilocal and there you have it — there was a nearby Pizza Hut. We easily ordered online and had them deliver to the hotel. The kid didn’t know where the hotel was so there was a bit of a delay and the pizza wasn’t as warm as I would’ve liked, but we got exactly what we wanted. It tasted good and we were very happy with our decision to order from them.

this place always gets the order wrong when we are getting to go since the closer one by the house takes forever. def needs new management. what happened to pizza huts old great service!!! is there a no stars option?

Got there at 10:50pm hoping to run in and get a to go order. But they had already locked the doors even though they say they close at 11. Decided to go through the drive-through…they asked us to pull forward to wait for our order, we waited there for wings and a P’Zone. Two other cars came to the drive through and left we still had not gotten order. 36 minutes later we finally got our drive-through order service is horrible!
