All these other reviews are old. The owner now does an AMAZING job. He is such a nice person and did a great job on our company’s recent catering order. He goes above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Poor mans Schlotzskys. My bread was burnt. Sandwich was falling apart and bland. Just seemed like this place did not have it together. All 3 employees did not seem to be working in unison because it took 10 minutes for my to go order. Even the pepper chips did not make up for it. I usually like Schlotzkys but not this one. The sandwich shop next store is better.

The place gets crowded to capacity near Noon from the local high-rise office workers walking over. The wait for a sandwich can be quite long… so I would forget coming here before 12:45 for any take-out orders.
The counter girl is personable and nice… too bad she’s not making the sandwiches…
Today I ordered a regular size original sandwich and they gave me a small size sandwich. $ 5 for a little 4 inch diameter bun sandwich was the final straw.
I’ll never go back.
Get your act together, Schlotzsky’s people! I know you have a captive audience, with the lack of any decent places to eat in the Greenspoint area… but that’s no excuse for being sloppy and inefficient.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews, but I was just so disappointed after my recent visit to Schlotzsky’s… It was lunch time and I ordered a turkey and avocado. I had to wait for what seemed like a disproportionately long amount of time relative to customer density. When I got my sandwich, I was dismayed to find the casing/butt end of some poor turkey loaf on my sandwich. Oh well, I’m flexible, I can deal, right? Holy crap, this isn’t «avocado»; is it some weird fake guacamole concoction doused with a heaping helping of chili powder? Chili powder is not the flavor I was expecting, and frankly is unforgivable on a random sandwich.
