Bayou Mama’s Seafood & Oyster Bar

What is boiled, seasoned to perfections and dredged in garlic??? Why of course it’s Bayou Mama’s crawfish!
The location of this crawfish hot spot is probably out of the way for most people. The location is off 290 and Hollister, so yeah, nothing really out there.
Once you step into this bar slash restaurant you step into crawfish heaven. This place is great to watch your favorite sporting event, while getting elbows deep in mudbugs.
The owner is so sweet. She cooks, bartends, and serves the food. She is definitely a one woman show. Her secret crawfish recipe is something that everyone needs to experience. Her Bayou Mama Wings are finger lickin good as well.
I would give this place 4 stars soley based on the owner’s cooking. I have had 2 or 3 star cooking from the other cook that doesn’t put that Emeril «BAM» in the food.
So stop by and get those crawfish hot and fresh while they’re in season.
