The soup and spring rolls were delicious, and the entrée was great. Delivery took over an hour and the total was a bit pricey. Overall, good thai food and goodv service.

The food was okay – nothing special. There are better Thai places on Houston. The fried tofu was hard, dry, and unflavorful. The pad prik king with beef was okay and didn’t have enough of the flavors that I’m used to. The taste of tomato was too strong and too sweet. The beef was also tough. The pineapple curry was too sweet and the pineapples were inedible. The yellow curry sauce was super thick but the flavor was okay. The fried rice was good, but then you can’t really mess fried rice up that bad. The water was good though. Cold and tasteless

This place is a hidden gem. Service was awesome, food was delicious, music was NOT blaring and lighting was not blinding. Curry chicken was the best I’ve had in Houston and the Pineapple Rice with shrimp was so good. Everyone in the restaurant was talking about how good their food was. Don’t have experiences like that often.

Was trying to find something good but quick since again houston was hit with some rain. I ordered through Unilocal with their eat24, which was very convenient. Drove to pick it up and it was already waiting for me. I ordered the basil Thai fried rice and Tom yum soup. The fried rice was a little overpriced on my opinion. It was alright, a little too soft and mushy. The tom yum soup was excellent though. I ordered both with spicy level. I should have gotten the Thai spicy for the fried rice. But don’t go off my spice level(it’s pretty damn high !! I eat every thing going hot!) Overall it’s good for fast take out. Price wise it’s kind of overpriced. My recommendation based on what I ordered today is the tom yum soup for sure. Pass on the rice. I’ve has better elsewhere. Would order again for take out. Maybe try a curry next time.

SOLID! I had made reservations at Perry’s for Mother’s Day, and my mom preferred to stay in. So I then planned to pick up Thai Gourmet, but I had forgotten that it’s closed on Sundays. Amidst my frantic search for another Thai place, enter BKK Thai Cuisine. My family doesn’t eat much fried food, so I got: — Papaya salad — Grilled beef — Green curry — Basil squid — Spicy Thai fried rice I asked what the spice level is and most of them were mild… so I asked to make them at least a little spicy. My mom is the spice queen. She dips raw serrano peppers in gochujang and eats them as appetizers. #hotmama #literally Just 23 minutes later, I was ready to go with five dishes and fragrant jasmine rice. I brought them to the house and found that the papaya salad was ridiculously spicy but everything else was only decently fiery. The green curry’s a slow burn. The basil squid looks scarily spicy but is only… spicy. And the spicy Thai fried rice is, well… read the name. My dad found most of them too spicy(except the grilled beef — that’s just good, no spice) but it was Mother’s Day, so… we’ll just do Perry’s for Father’s Day. My mom and I liked every dish. It’s rare for my mom to like every dish. BKKThai ftw. I still can’t get over the Mussamun curry at Thai Gourmet but Thai Gourmet is always at least an hour wait until you get your food if it’s even available. BKK Thai wins on many levels. Prompt, delicious, and open on Sunday — 5 stars.

Tried drunken noodles with their restaurant for the first time… VERY flavorful! Spicy enough without causing your eyes to water. I enjoyed the selection of vegetables they chose. After eating the drunken noodles from them and falling in love with it I ordered the same thing at three different Thai restaurants in Austin and they did not live up to Bangkoks standard, way too greasy at those other restaurants. My stomach is grumbling thinking about it! Furthermore, I ordered delivery via phone(no online interface) and the food arrived 15 minutes short of their 1 hour ETA(they may overestimate for this very reason). Everything was as it should be in the delivery — Thai coffee was also enjoyable and still had plenty of ice, entrees were still warm.

Ordered delivery fried wontons, shrimp pad Thai & seafood salad. Everything was great except the seafood salad didn’t have a chili pepper marking it as spicy and we selected mild when choosing spice but it was too spicy to eat. My medium spicy pad Thai wasn’t as spicy as this mild seafood salad.

It was my first time here, arrived at 9:30 the place closes at 10:00. So I wasn’t sure if I should take it to go or eat there. The waiter gladly seated us and took our drink order without making us feel rushed. We ordered cheese rolls, they were good. For our meals we ordered the drunken noodles with chicken and pad Thai with chicken. Both were great, spice level was perfect. Portions were plentiful. Will return when I’m in the area.

My fave Thai place down the street Thai gourmet had a one hour wait in Saturday. Didn’t feel like waiting so I Unilocaled the nearest Thai spot and found Bangkok Thai. Customer service was great. Very attentive. The food was excellent. I got our pineapple fried Roche. Very tasty. A lot different than I am used to tasting but it was very good. I tried my grandmothers pad Thai and it was good as well different but good. They must be from a different region that most Thai spots in Houston. The best part he fried ice cream. My god that was so good. Really enjoyed it here. They have a big screen tv that what showing the Houston Rockets. They also have a karaōke machine. One thing I like it was crazy packed and loud like Thai gourmet. Very quiet and relaxed setting I will go back.

Went on lunch hour and the place was empty which was kind of scary. Food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t special. It was strange to be served a side salad with my curry dish. They have a frequent buyer card so you can work up to a free lunch. I have no need for it b/c I don’t think I will return. Too many other places to try out there!

I tried to order online from them. An hour after my order had been placed I called to see where it was. The guy said the delivery driver had left 20 mins ago with several orders. 20 minutes later my food was still not there. I had to call again to cancel. Waiting for more than an hour and half for food is crazy. It’s a weeknight! Not to mention my food probably wouldn’t have been hot. They were nice on the phone but it was a pain in the butt to cancel since online orders are done through a 3rd party to order. Order if you don’t mind waiting.

Ordered delivery at 7:30, didn’t arrive until 9:30pm. I selected«medium» spice for the Pad Thai and it’s too spicy for me to eat. Four mouthfuls in and I’m done. I’ve previously ordered the Pad Thai Mild and it had no spice whatsoever.

I love everything about this place. I usually order delivery, which is always quick and spicy as hell, but this last time I went in to actually see the place. The lady at the front, a really sweet Thai lady, got my order ready to go. And the cook? Another sweet Thai lady in the back. A woman-run business! The Tom Kha soup is always reeeeeally good here, and they give you a lot of food. This is my favorite delivery place, hands down

Very good Thai food. Ordered take-out and the food was ready in a reasonable time. Nicely flavored and not over bearing. I’m giving 4 out 5 stars only due to the stingy amount of Thai tea they give you when you request lite ice(basically not a cup full of ice but maybe half full). Don’t like that at all

I’ve never in my days tasted food with such an abundance of flavors. All 50 billion of my tastebuds was pop lockin’ and droppin’! I’ve had Thai food before but none can compare to this place. For starters I went ahead and ordered their fried chicken wings just because I’m a woman that loves herself some fried bird. Now, I always have a hard time with places not frying them long enough, with these guys they hit the nail on the head! And the dipping sauce was very scrumptious. I also order their Soft spring roll w/shrimp for a friend, I personally don’t care for them, but they raved about it from the first bite they took. For my main dish I went with the Pad Kee Mao noddles w/shrimp. First point I want to make is that I want to hug, kiss, and praise the hands that cooked my food. FLAVORFLAVORFLAVORFREAKINEVERYWHERE. I honestly can’t find the words to finish describing this dish. For my friends main dish they went with the pad Thai with chicken, kept it simple, but it’s safe to say there’s nothing simple about it! Again flavor spews everywhere. I will for a fact become a regular at that establishment.

The pad thai tastes great. I asked for cilantro to top it off. The cook adds a generous amount of fried egg to it. The apetisers are perfectly sized. The chicken soup was light and brothy. The main dish portion is generous. The waitstaff atteded me immediately. All I had to do was look up and they would acknowledge me and come over. Beware of the coffee. It’s pretty strong, but good. I definitely recommend this place for a nice, reasonably-priced lunch.

This little spot has a sweet ambience. Not too noisy, in fact I might go so far to describe it as quiet– but not in a way that seems like they are not busy. On the contrary they had a steady stream of calls and take out orders. We ordered tiger cry and pineapple curry with cheese rolls as an app. Everything was really good and the spices were well proportioned so it wasn’t overwhelming. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back for more.
