I’m giving it a 4 because the cruise is so pleasant. Food for dinner cruise was not bad. Speakers were not working for the historical tape. But very enjoyable on this beautiful lake.

We went on the Belle dinner cruise yesterday. My husband and I both ordered the prime rib. It was fabulous. The medium rare was perfect and so was the rare. The portions of prime rib was more than was expected. The boat was roomy and clean. The staff was friendly and the service was great. The narration about Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs during the cruise was interesting and informative. We highly recommend this dinner cruise experience.

New owners as of this week. Food was amazing. Staff was so friendly and attentive. Would recommend to anyone wanting to sight see Lake Hamilton and enjoy a delicious meal. The mother’s day special had moms eating free!

Some friends and I were in hot springs for a few days and booked a dinner the cruise 1 week prior. The cruise called us 2 hours before we we’re suppose to leave and canceled. Sounded nice but don’t waste the time making plans. They offered us no discount for canceling last minute.

Took the lunch cruise and ordered the chef salad. Was not served a traditional chef salad. Got a SMALL plate with iceberg lettuce, shredded cheese, little chopped lunch meat, two cucumber slices and a couple grape tomatoes. Served with packet of dressing and two packs of crackers. We also got a bowl of canned fruit salad and a little cookie. Way too overpriced for the small amount and low quality of food we got. Skip the lunch and just go for the cruise if you’re a tourist.

This was our first experience like this. We ordered lunch(1. Bbq, 1 crab salad and 1 turkey wrap). The lady running thr front desk was flustered and we were the only ones in the store at the time. She seems extremely confused about what her job was. $ 85 for our lunches. We weren’t told that it only included tea and/or water NOR were we told there were other options on another deck. We arrived at 1230 and promptly seated however the waiter was unfriendly to say the very least and they had forgot to ger. our daughters lunch(even though our ticket showed all 3 had been ordered and paid for). The bbq sandwich was stone cold and had a large chunk of gristle that I nearly choked on. The«tour» was ok i guess. We heard more about the local home owners than we did about the lake or area over all. There apparently was a person doing group pics of families in front of the boat however we were never asked to do them or even saw themtaking the pics but when we docked the pics were being sold. Also the parking is horrible. There was a large wedding party coming in as we were leaving and the crew nor the parking lot was capable of handling such a group and those if us paying customers that were already there. so thanks but no thanks we will pass on this for our next trip.

We had a wonderful sightseeing experience on the riverboat. The tour of Lake Hamilton lasts 1 ½ hours. It’s nice, relaxing & very informative. It’s narrated by the captain & there are some great facts shared about the area. The boat is such a fun a throwback experience. My husband & I had a great time! We highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.

What ruined it here for me was the large group of college kids yelling and screaming during the 8:30 pm tour. We took the tour only, no dinner. There were many folks like ourselves who were on the tour for the relaxation and sightseeing and it was almost impossible to do both with all of the screaming kids. I recommend to the owners to NOT combine these two types of groups. Check to make sure there is not a large group of youngsters on your tour BEFORE booking. ALSO, they did not disclose their extra fees for using a credit card which is UNLAWFUL! Other than that, it was a wonderful tour and boat ride and when I could hear the narrator, enjoyed his stories.

We were hesitant after ready the previous reviews but all of us had a very nice time on the dinner cruise. We had good service and the food was very good. The boat ride was very nice and relaxing and have no complaints. Now, if you are into fine china and linen then maybe you need to try another place but for a dinner cruise. I had the prime rib and my wife had the salmon, both were very good.

I wouldn’t recommend this dinner cruise to anyone. We went on the fireworks dinner cruise and ordered our 100 $ a day in advance. It took over an 1hr. fireworks going before we got our meal. It was cold and I had to get them to warm it up. Not a good night. This is the only place I would not recommend in Hot Springs.

Hmmmm… not a great experience, but ok. We opted for the lunch cruise not knowing you didn’t have to have lunch onboard(there is a snack bar as well as the ‘served’ lunch); I’d suggest NOT eating anything on this boat! We were greeted with a bowl of canned assorted fruit at our table. Ick! When making your reservation, you give them your food selection(limited items). I ordered a turkey/ham/BLT wrap; very poor quality of meats, no dressing. The potato salad served on the side was your average restaurant quality. The pickle spear looked like it’d been around for a long time. The pulled pork sandwiches with chips may have been the best option — — flavorful and fresh tasting. Not so of the club salad… again the low quality meats accompanied by ‘old’ romaine and mixed lettuce, baby carrots that were white and wilting. Double Ick! We had to wash the food down with a couple of beers from the snack bar. Toward the end of the cruise(some beautiful homes along the lakefront and a decent narration), we re-entered the dining area to find the guy behind the snack bar using his fingers to clean up the dripping ‘nacho cheese’ from the machine and then licking his fingers. I about upchucked!!! Overall — it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
