The old «pull up and wait»
First time that 3, count ‘em, THREE cars behind me (none of which were in line when I pulled forward) were served… I was only waiting on a drink… I had my food…
The drink never came…
I understand pulling forward to make room if you’re busy. Literally no cars were behind me.
Maybe the answer is written on my face. On my skin… my skin was different than those driving the cars behind me…
My skin was different than those serving me.
Money is still green though. Enjoy the extra little bit this holiday season from all the people who drive away from food or drinks they’ve already paid for.

This is the worst Popeyes ever! I never make reviews but I am finally fed up with going there after my visit yesterday on 3÷8÷15. I ordered two 2pc dinners white, mild. First, they gave me two breasts in both boxes. In prior visits they would give me a wing and breast so I didn’t feel a need to specify. They also gave me spicy chicken. I didn’t realize it until I made it home and didn’t feel like driving back there. I asked for sweet heat sauce and was told that I couldn’t get it because new management told them they can’t give sauces with chicken. I was like, really?! I guess my business is not worth one little sauce. I’m just fed up with subpar service and food from most fast food restaurants and I am encouraged to eat more meals at home now! *end rant*

Well I thought I would give them another chance, so far I have been waiting 10 minutes with people still waiting ahead of me to get their orders. I guess I will be making another complaint to Popeyes corporate about this location. I will be so happy when the new location opens close to my house, I will never stop here again!!! Total wait time 15 minutes, totally unacceptable.

I stopped by and got some popcorn shrimp on the way home. But I really didn’t like it. I think it may be just the breading they use that just isn’t for me. I may try them again and get their chicken just to be sure.

Every time I come here I swear I won’t come back. Service is awful. The wait is ridiculous. Even when there are piles of chicken cooked, you still wait at least 10 minutes. The drive thru always has multiple cars pulled forward waiting for food. The employees are extremely rude. I wish the corporate office would do something about this location!

I love Popeyes, but this location is awful. The service is horrible and that affects the food quality (the tea was sour, there were no napkins, condiments or cup lids etc.) The store was almost empty and we had to wait 15 minutes for our food. The biscuits were flat and dense and the service was just horrible. When we asked for anything we grossly inconvenienced the staff, even though it was their fault it was missing in the first place. We will probably not return. The Popeyes franchise needs to evaluate this location. The management was just as inconvenienced by having to work as the employees.

Came through the drive-​thru and was asked to pull over to any open spot. That’s when I noticed 5 more cars waiting on food. I thought the parking lot was a little crowded but didn’t think much of it when i pulled in. I ordered a 3 pc wing combo and my daughter a 2 pc combo, and YES we had to pull over and wait for our food. NOT HAPPY. I felt as if they were already behind, that they shouldn’t keep piling up orders. People come they the drive-​thru for faster service. My receipt says 5:48 pm and its currently 6:03 and I’m still waiting on food. Go figure!!!

Excellent service. Had to make our chicken fresh, but gave us a free drink and apologized. It did take a while to get our food but it was well worth it being fresh.

I thought the interior décor was pretty chic.
Flat screen TV was a nice touch but wish it weren’t on FOX news.
Love me some Popeye’s on the rare occasions that I have the hankering for fried food.
Love the red beans and rice and mashed potatoes too!

I have always had a wonderful experience at this Popeye’s and this last time was no different. I have always expected mediocre customer service and been pleasantly surprised each time. They have the type of customer service you wouldn’t expect from a fast food place. The only time I’ve waited at all is when they’ve been extremely busy. The foods always been great and piping hot. I’ll definitely be back!

It’s unfortunate that I really like Popeyes chicken but not from this location because their service is a disappointment. This is the third and final time in 5 years we’ve attempted to get a successful order from this store. The first time we ordered here the chicken was undercooked, the second time our large fries were not included in our order and this final time the large fries were again missing.
My husband was left waiting for close to ½ an hour for our incomplete order while watching people arrive, get their orders and leave. He also witnessed an unfortunate exchange between an older customer and worker that left him wondering about the hiring practices at that particular store.
I think I can safely say we will NOT be going back to this restaurant again.
