The spaghetti is pretty good. The chicken is better. Not the best, but, they charge you as if they are the best. For a «fast food» chain, the wait was pretty long. I went twice on different days and times. I can understand the need for some to fill a craving from their childhood. However, this location seems to be managed poorly.

Upon entering we were warmly greeted which speaks loudly to me. We ordered the 3 Piece Dipper Meal $ 6.49 to which my grandson really enjoyed. He asked to go to Jack in the box for their chicken strips but I found that we made a better choice by coming here instead. I ordered their Chicken Sotanghon Soup which looks like Chicken Long Rice, initially it didn’t look like the picture that that was hanging in the dining room but I thought to myself, well if it’s like chicken long rice then just maybe the soup needed to be absorbed by the long rice being that it was really hot. Sure enough about ½ hour later it certainly did resemble chicken long rice minus the slice of eggs. So, if you’re not really hungry then go ahead and order it because it does take a while for the noodles to plump up and if you are hungry you can choose from their many other items which range from from of course chicken, burgers, hot dog, spaghetti and also desserts. This is a nice place, the only thing is their location. They are located at the corner of Dillingham and King, which is a very busy intersection. Parking is plentiful but NOT a very good area to allow children to walk outside unsupervised especially if they aren’t attentive to moving vehicles. Would I come back again? Sure would if I’m headed West Bound on Dillingham So if you’re ever in the area stop by!

So, I come here to try to get spicy chicken as I would like to try it. However, every time I stopped by, they tell me they’re out of the spicy powder after I ask(they don’t tell me before I order) so I always have to cancel the order. I don’t care for their regular chicken, I could go to Popeyes, haha. Anyway, just FYI they don’t have spicy chicken and have been out for a week(as I asked) and they don’t warn you.

I came here yesterday and it was really a great timing for me to try Halo halo! My throat was sore. But during a hot day, I needed something cold. Wow it tastes soooo good! Really worth buying it. I also loved the beauty of its presentation. Cold Airconditioning environment. Restroom is clean. Workers are very welcoming and warmly nice. Smiled always! Great upsaling. Seating is clean and looked modern. Parking is available outside. Drive thru is available. Credit Card/Debit Card & Cash is available. They have plenty of filipino food choices! But Halo halo is really good and is known also for their crispylicious chicken and awesome succulent gravy! Gravylicious!!! ONOlicious!

This is just another Jollibees location run by a lot of Filipinos that lack proper customer service. It sucks to have bad service but my daughter was hungry and needed to eat something before we headed back out. She got the C2 and I had the chicken Sotanghon. Abira’s food was just fine but mine was so watery. The soup was meh. It had an overload of parsley or something. It definitely didn’t look like how it was advertised. I was expecting chicken long rice consistency, not soup/broth and noodles. $ 1.99 though. it’s a decent amount for $ 2 soup. The men’s restroom was out of order when we went so Jeff had to use the women’s restroom. There’s a lot of seating. I don’t think you should let small children enter or exit the store on their own unless they are able to watch out for cars. It can be dangerous for them. I don’t see myself wanting to come back to this location but if it happens I wouldn’t be against it either. Meh.

I love it when you enter the store and they all look at you and say ‘hello, welcome to jollibee!’ .today i bought a bucket which is 6 pcs legs and thighs and i requested if they could do extra minute on my chicken and the manager responded willingly.

This location has gotten my drive thru order wrong more times than any other drive thru place I’ve been at. Most of the times when ordering a meal we get either no fries or no drink. Today’s order was a kicker — I ordered a Big Yum meal and i got a simple cheeseburger by itself, with no fries or drink. I haven’t done the dine-in yet, but chances are that’s better. Either do dine-in only or go to the Ala Moana location — at least they can’t mess up a drive thru order and they have better customer service anyways. This may just be fast food but this still embarrasses me as a Filipino.

This restaurant I’ll give them zero customer service I’m upset customer and I went back to correct my order. Is not what I have seen on drive thru screen While they trying to fixed my order the crew giving an attitude to me. He talk back and turn around. I said don’t turn around on me while I’m talking to you. I’m already really really upset customer and I wanted him to come and face me and apologized about his attitude. He didn’t, and the worst thing is, he called the police on me. This crew needs to be trained how to handle a customer not the police to handle for them. I didn’t get an apology from the crew who don’t know how to handle. Bad employee he should get fired They don’t deserve a star for customer service

I love jollibee: p I was the chicken-joy kid” growing up, still is and forever will be. I love jollibee’s chicken, spaghetti and palabok. I do not have high expectations for this place due to its location; very busy and a lot of traffic no matter what time of day. This is my go-to jollibee because it’s the closest to my house. Jollibee drive thru is very convenient and service is pretty fast. I usually get my food within 5 – 10 mins with 5 – 6 cars ahead of me; faster with less cars. The restaurant itself is not very clean; tables usually aren’t wiped down but since seating is limited(compared to the amount of customers they have), customers doesn’t have a choice but to seat and/or clean it themselves. Bathrooms also need some cleaning. Lastly, customer service is good. Workers are very helpful and always courteous.

If I could give this place 0 star I would! Waited 15 minutes more coz they said they have to make the extra chicken gravy I requested for my fried chicken. Came home to eat and found it they gave me chicken strips and French fries. Called them and told me they will give me the friend chicken next time I come back .AREYOUCRAZY! FIRSTYOUSHOULDREFUNDMEFORYOURMISTAKEANDSECOND, I NEEDTHEFOODNOWNOTTOMORROWORTHENEXTDAY! You should train your people how to handle orders! And develop that habit of rechecking drive thru orders before giving it to the customer!

I drove by many times prior to my first visit to this location and to put it nicely, this Jollibee is located in a really crappy neighborhood. However, when I entered the establishment I was pleasantly surprised to find an oasis of Filipino fast food. The décor was fresh and modern. I noted that cleanliness was a priority from the dining area to the kitchen. You could see that each staff member knew they had a job to do and they did it well; each was dressed impeccably in their uniform, friendly and had an attitude of putting the customer first. The nice young lady taking my order even did an up-sell on me for a hot fudge sundae — I walked away from the counter with a sundae and I was happy about it. I like this place. I think I found a new guilty pleasure. One tip: I would recommend staying away from the cheeseburgers if you are a burger person though. I did my due diligence and tried them — just not happening.

I ordered the chicken with palabok plate yesterday and they gave me the chicken with spaghetti instead. That’s a star off on your rating now! Never get your customers orders wrong especially when they are going through the drive thru because sometimes they are too far to want to come back and return the screw up you did with their dinner order! Nothing’s worst than that!

The fried chicken here is very good. One thing that I noticed right away after taking my first bite of the drumstick was that the chicken was juicy. It has the texture of fresh chicken instead of the frozen variety served at places like Popeye’s. I can tell when it’s fresh as fresh chicken has that vibrant and juicy texture. Frozen chicken tend to be dry and stringy in texture. The breading is definitely light and not dense as Popeye’s. It was not as crunchy as others have stated but it had some crispiness to it. The chicken thigh was a little bit bigger than the ones I’ve had at Popeye’s. The thigh, though, was obviously frozen. But it was still good. I reminisce of the days gone by when Popeye’s served huge chicken thighs. Now they’re more like pigeon sized(see my photo for Popeye’s chicken). Anyway, I digress. The fact that one piece was made of fresh chicken while the other was not definitely brings my ratings down a notch. The side I ordered was mashed potato and that was okay. Nothing extraordinary. The gravy that is probably meant for the chicken is a bit on the sweet side. It is good. But I prefer my gravy not on the sweet side. The price for the two piece chicken with a side was $ 6.99. The side can be mashed potato, rice or French fries. I have had the French fries here when a fiend took me here and it is on the sparse side. One thing that is sorely lacking is a biscuit. It would raise the price if it were included but it could be sold separately. They had corn but not corn on the cob. It is a Philippines restaurant chain so I do understand why biscuit is not on the menu as it is an American tradition. But since they have cheese products they could serve their own cheese biscuit. It would make their offering pop more. I did have their ice cream sundae with caramel for dessert and that was just okay. It reminds me of McDonald’s soft serve. It could use some topping outside of the caramel sauce. Maybe a little bit of crushed nuts would make it pop a bit. Otherwise it was too plain. One thing that I noticed right away is that their restroom is clean. This is the cleanest restroom I have seen in ANY fast food chain. Whereas the Popeye’s restroom was dirty and smelled literally like sewer this restroom was actually clean and smelled clean. The service here was very good. The counter help was friendly. They actually smile and make you feel welcome unlike some restaurants where the workers look stressed and just want to get things over with. The dining facility looked nice and clean. Whoever did the décor did a great job with the small space given. There was music from the Seventies playing when I went here. Steely Dan was playing when I dined here. I would kind of tone down the volume a bit as it tended to be a bit on the loud side. Otherwise the music was a welcome break from the traffic outside.

Jollibee where have you been all my life? Everywhere else except Hilo and the Big Island, haha! Jollibee has over 800 stores worldwide! A global phenomenon in its own class! Funny because, as soon as we walked in to the restaurant all these Filipino patrons were staring at us and I began to think if there was actually something on my face, lol! It was my very first time eating here and will definitely not be my last. It’s like a Filipino KFC that’s well known for its Fried Chicken and also for their Spaghetti. My friend Anthony and I both ordered the C1 combo which was 2 pieces of fried chicken, Filipino gravy, a drink and a side of your choice. I got the rice, since I’m a rice boy and my friend got the mashed potatoes. The chicken was super moist and crispy! The gravy was just gravy to me but a little on the sweet side. Honestly I don’t know what makes their brown gravy so Filipino haha. Aside from just fried chicken, they serve up burgers and hotdogs also. Jollibee’s food is really affordable, service is quick and on fleek! The dining area is well kept and in general I just became a fan of Jollibee!

So after finally trying Jollibee fried chicken last year, and finding out that their regular fried chicken was kinda blah for me(just my personal taste)…I later found out that Jollibee’s actually had a spicy fried chicken. In the back of my mind, I knew I had to go back here to at least try it, as there is more too it than Popeye’s fried chicken, or Zippy’s fried chicken. Today, I finally went back today with my friend to try Jollibee’s, and upon walking into the little restaurant in Kalihi, the place was packed! I as I waited in line, I saw a two piece chicken deal, with one side, and drink for $ 6.99. Upon getting to the ordering counter, I promptly ordered two of these $ 6.99 deals. As for the side dishes you can choose either — white rice, mash potatoes, corn, or fries. I ended picking the mash potatoes for both deals. What can I saw about the 2 piece chicken meal? Well, my friend definitely liked the spicy fried chicken… I guess he likes the spicy flavor of the Jollibee fried chicken. As for me… although the spicy fried chicken tasted waaaaaaaaaaaay better than the regular plain fried chicken, truthfully, I was not impressed. The spicy fried chicken was as advertised… it was a bit spicy, but for me, the flavor did not hit me with the«WOW» factor. I think I would rather eat a two piece Popeye’s fried chicken deal. Not only would Popeye’s be way cheaper… but the the fried chicken(to me) taste overall better to me. Still, if you’re tired of the standard fried chicken joints, Jollibee’s would be a great alternative if you’re ever jonesing for some good ‘ol fried chicken!

So the other day was my first time at Jollibees, it was alright. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, my brother was telling me it’s got like a Filipino twist on the food and what not. I honestly had NOIDEA, what to order because we went through the drive thru and I felt rushed because I was just so overwhelmed lol! So anyway my brother orders for me, we got a N1 combo N2 Combo, of course a HaloHalo & a Crispy chicken sandwich. The girl kept getting our order wrong lol, we asked her to repeat it after we ordered, then at the window again because she added two n2’s and we didn’t catch that till she repeated that for the last time. Food: So the HaloHalo was EH okay. I understand it’s «fast food» so it’s not gonna be the bomb, but it served its purpose. My brother enjoyed his sandwich, it smelled good I didn’t take a bite. I got the n2 combo which is the spaghetti and piece chicken. They serve that with a side of gravy, I’m totally not a gravy person but I tried a little and I did not like it, but like I said I’m not a gravy person so my taste is different from yours lol. The chicken was bomb though! Super tasty and crispy. The spaghetti is different, it’s a sweet sauce and instead of meatballs it’s like hotdogs, very interesting, super oily. I can’t say I’m a fan. I will however get the chicken again if I come back. Maybe just Maybe I’ll try something different.

Let’s make this quick like their service:) 1. Cheap 2. Tasty food 3. Convenient 4. Consistent flavor 5. Jolly hotdog!(Hands down) There you go folks fast and short. Read more for more details: Its so much cheaper than any thing that’s being sold on this area. The chicken is so crispy, I kid you not its just way different from other crispy fried chicken. Their spaghetti so sweet a bit sweet sometimes on other jollibees but not this one. Then their jolly dog! The best jolly dog almost same as the one they sell back home. The only drawback they don’t serve some of the foods you would be able to get on other jolliness, they don’t have the bangus(fish) and their jackfruit pie. Other than that we were happy after eating here! I took my time deciding to what to eat. I circled the food court 4 times and end up going to jollibee! Maybe that’s just my Filipino blood urging me to get what I love:) But hey don’t take my word for it go try them!

This was my first time at Jollibee and I stopped because of the convenience. The staff was friendly and ready to take your order. The place doesn’t have much seating and must be meant to eat and run as fast as you can. I order a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. I was totally unimpressed. The burger had an over fabricated feel in my mouth that made me wonder if it was meat or soy products. The fries were nice and crispy, bit some tasted like they’d been fried a second time to be warmed up. I was going to order a drumstick, but at $ 2.50 each it was a «heck no techno.» After coming here, I realize I haven’t been missing anything. I could pass this place up in a flash and go to another burger or chicken joint.

I came here because I was craving fried chicken and it was closer than Popeyes. I thought the chicken was yummy… super juicy. The mashed potatoes were tasty as well. I didn’t try the spaghetti but I like that it’s an option. What other drive thru can you go in that has a pasta option? If you know one, let me know. My husband tried the burger and it tasted weird. Like the patty was either fake meat or made out of beef jerky. Oh and his fries were cold. The employees were REALLY friendly. This place wasn’t terrible but it’s not gonna be a spot I run to nor recommend.

Ay Sos!!! I cannot bee-leeb dat day take off my first reebyoo of Jollibee because i am not happee with my dining experience ober here dee last time i eat here. So i am going to right another reebyoo because i am going to stand by my reasoning poor such a bad dining experience here. Purst ub all, why do you hab to charge me poor rice if i wanted to substitute it instead of prench pries with my Manok or Pride Chicken??? Is it so hard to replace rice poor prench prize because dis peeleepeeno like to eat his Manok with Rice? I pined dat pretty sad ip u cannot replace rice with prench prize if dats dee case. and really bad poor customer service ip u ask me. As for dee Pride Chicken, i will say it again, it wasn’t dee best Pride Chicken i ever had because it was not crunchy at all and didn’t hab any flabor ip u ask me. Ip Jollibee’s Pride themselves on Chicken, should it bee crunchy and joo-see??? Well i will say it again, maybe your employee’s didn’t cook it long enuff dat day beecuz dee Chicken i ate dat day was just terrible and you say your Chicken is what put you on the map??? I don’t think so!!! And why was my corn so brown as well? I thought corn was supposed to be bright yellow if it’s made with was as brown as caramel ip you ask me. And your spaghetti??? Is that spaGHETTO you are serving because it was like you put Heinz Ketchup with packets of sugar in your sauce and dumped it right over the noodles. It was horrible!!! Would have a pitcher of Kool Aid to drink with it make it taste any better? All i can say is that when i am entertaining guests from Virginia who happen to be half Filipino and were asking me to take them somewhere and eat some really good Fried Chicken and i chose this place, i was really embarassed because i thought this place would be just the place for them to eat really good Fried Chicken. Boy was i mistaken and to make matters worse, saying that you couldn’t replace rice with french fries on a combo meal is pretty bad for customer service if you ask me. That leaves a bad taste in my mouth and if you think i will patronize a place that nickel’s and dime’s their paying customers, then i will pass on Jollibee’s and take my business elsewhere, especially in Kalihi, when you have places like Ray’s Café and Popeye’s…Yes Popeye’s who has way better tasting Fried Chicken and wouldn’t bat an eye if i wanted something other than fries and won’t charge me for it. I don’t know if you do that in the Phiippines, but here in Hawaii, it won’t sit well with the paying customer. So i will say it again, No Chicken Joy for me because i did not en-JOY my dining experience here at Jollibee’s!!!
