Bougainvillea On the Beach

We are just finishing an amazing stay at the Bougainvillea! We are sad to be leaving and can’t wait to return.
Everything was wonderful. The office staff, Leslie and Claudia were very welcoming and accommodating. When they saw us, they always asked how we were doing and if they could do anything to make our stay better.
Our apartment was great. Cozy and spotless and very well appointed. I like to cook, so on my next trip, I think I will mail a few items to myself in advance (items that can’t travel by plane, like better knives).
The location was ideal for us. Quiet, with nightlife easily accessible but not too close. The ocean is literally a 1 minute walk from our room, and from our room, we can hear the surf and smell the sea air.
The ambiance was just up our alley. The Bougainvillea reminds me of the apartment complex in «Tales of the City.» The apartments surround a lovely garden courtyard, and the other guests we have met have been friendly.
The only things that some might consider negatives didn’t work out that way for us. The cable reception at the Bougainvillea is pretty poor, as is the WiFi service. For us, that meant less time watching television or on our computers. That’s not such a bad thing at the beach!

Just returned from a weeks vacation here. It was like paradise. Stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Clean and comfortable. They even have beach chairs that you can use during your visit. They have gas grills if you want to cook in. The pool was very clean or just take a few steps and you’re on the beach. Will definitely go back. Everyone there was super nice and accommodating for all our needs.

I love this place! My room was super clean and smelled wonderful every time I stepped in the door. It was beautifully decorated and HVAC kept room at a very comfortable temperature. My kitchen was extremely well stocked — wine glasses, blender, juicer, ice in the freezer, non-​stick frying pan, plates and utensils — nothing was missing! The courtyard was very nice with plenty of comfortable places to sit outside.
Great location on the beach and the boardwalk. I enjoyed walking to the restaurants on the beach.
Oh, very quiet too! Great staff too.
I will be back!

Excellent choix d’hôtel pour ceux qui voyagent soit avec leur famille ou seuls.
Les propriétaires, ainsi que leurs employés sont très gentils et ils se soucient de ce que vous ayez un bon séjour chez eux.
La proximité à la plage, les chambres propres et fournies de cuisine et réfrigérateur, ainsi que les prix nous ont fait choisir le Bougainvillea et nous en sommes heureux !
Je viens d’y passer une semaine avec ma mère et tous deux avons bien aimé cet hôtel. Nous vous le recommandons vivement.

Clean room, reasonable price only a block away from the beach. Has a separate kitchen and bathroom.
