What I love about Which Wich is their focus on helping people in need. You can buy a PB&J for $ 3 and WW will donate another one to a food pantry or homeless shelter. You can also choose to donate the one you bought. They always offer this program but since April is PB&J Month, they will be promoting it heavily during that month. The Bowlwich was loaded with meat and cheese. The chicken is shredded deli-style and placed on top of everything else in the bowl. You can choose to add avocado for an additional charge but the menu wasn’t clear on what that charge would be. I opted for avocado but only found a few bites and since I’m not certain what the additional charge was, I can’t comment on whether it was worth it. The tomatoes were ripe, tasty, and plentiful once I was able to find my way past the meat and cheese. They have a few basic dressing options. They don’t offer a chipotle-style dressing but they did note that they had a spicy mayo which I enjoyed. What I don’t like is getting a trio of plastic utensils in a cellophane bag. The utensils were sturdy, though they didn’t appear to be recycled or eco-friendly in any way. My complaint here is the wastefulness of providing a knife, fork and spoon when you only need a fork and possibly a knife, or just a spoon. It would appear to be more cost effective and environmentally friendly to keep these separate and only provide what is needed rather than end up with a collection of random plastic utensils in open cellophane bags destined for a swim in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. Overall, service was good and employees were very helpful. The serving sizes were generous and the food was tasty. Probably a high 3 stars.

Not sure how it’s possible to get an order wrong when you write on the bag what you want but they succeed. Ordered a cold turkey sub with Swiss. Got home and discovered some type of meat… maybe turkey maybe ham, bacon, heated and yellow American cheese. First time and last time I’ll buy from here.

This place was awesome when they first opened up but the order quality has been downgraded in my opinion. Last few times my order was incorrect but I ate it anyways. I don’t like to send back food unless it’s too bloody or has mustard on it.

Good food, but the service sucks. It takes a while for them to finally make your sandwich, and if your not use to the bag ordering system then it takes even longer. If you get bored of subway and want to change it up then it isn’t a bad place to go, but if you want a cheap quality sandwich, then go to subway.

The concept is cool, but then it somehow gets overly complicated for no reason. Sometimes I’m just too hungry to take a test. Luckily this site provides the occasional great tutor. Thanks to a timely Tip from a helpful Unilocaler, I got the gist. You peruse the menu for what you want, grab the appropriate bag and start marking off what you want. Hand said bag to the worker. Wait. Eat bag’s contents. If you’re hungry as hell, repeat. I had the Sriracha Tuna — Tuna, Mayo + Sriracha — on wheat bread. I also threw in black olives and pickles because I think they go great with tuna. And as much as I love sriracha, it felt like a pretty overpowering affair. Inside my mouth. Uncomfortable reality, that. It was an average sandwich, overall. I also had a couple chocolate chip cookies, which were very good. On top of the weird ordering process, my real issues are with this particular location. The single tables are so thin and small that a Hobbit would feel jammed up trying to dine in. And the server called out«Order for Dave!» when my name was clearly written on the bag. So, I waited a little extra long for my food, while«Dave’s» meal sit ignored on the counter. Meh. There are better places to eat.

We went for a late lunch on Friday. We waited for 20 minutes for our 3 sandwiches. The entire restaurant was a mess, none of the tables were clean, the staff seemed overwhelmed and it was not a priority to clean up anything. I almost walked out without my food.

Came here on a Friday night around 8:30. Floor was messy, chips, straw wrappers, napkins under the tables and on the floor. We ordered 2 items and it took 20 minutes to get the food. There were two people ahead of us. The bowlwich is a good option for gluten free eaters. Lots of options for toppings. Chicken was deli cut style. Veggies were fresh. They have a program where they donate sandwiches to those in need.

I love wich-wich for the egg sandwich but it is always very slow! Other locations seem more friendly and helpful, at the same time this place was pretty busy and it seems like there were only 2 people working, that could be the change in service. It’s also a very tiny location — compared to park west — so it felt cramped and uncomfortable while it was busy. As we finished eating it died down and it wasn’t so bad. Probably better to get things to go.

Sandwich: Meatball Grinder Ingredients: Toasted White Bun, Meatballs(of course), Salami, Pepperoni, Capicola, Marinara, Monzzarella, Parmesan & Mushrooms. Score: 5 My wife advised me of a sandwich shop called«Which Wich Superior Sandwich«. that she just happened upon on her many travels to Atlanta, GA. She had gotten a 14»(Large) Cold Cut Italian Sandwich and said that she couldn’t remember the last one she had that could top the one she had gotten from«Which Wich Superior Sandwich«and recommend that if I should ever happen upon one I should difently give it a try. Well, it so happens that one day while I was driving around in the Holly Springs, NC area going from business to business talking to prospective clints about security solutions for their business it was coming on the lunch hour and I had no idea where to eat then there it was«Which Wich Superior Sandwich«I couldn’t believe it because my wife an I had just had a conversation about her eating at one in GA. Right then the decision was made. I went in the store was very … very neat and can set 36 people. The employees were fantastic. I ordered the Meatball Grinder mmmmmmm … «Lord Have Mercy» talk about good … just makes you want get up and break out into a Jigg. I wished that I gotten a 14»(Large) instead of 7»(Small) because all the sandwich did was teased me. If you should ever be in the neighborhood of Holly Springs, NC or anyplace you might see«Which Wich Superior Sandwich«stop in give them a try and you’ll see exactly why I’ll be heading to another one.

Have been to this location more than once. Done with them. It seems like a great concept. Mark the appropriate bag with the options you want and hand it to the cashier. They pass it down the line(literally) to the sandwich maker. How in the name of all that is holy does it take several minutes to make a sandwich from there? My needs are simple. Roast beef. Mayo. Lettuce. Tomato. Cheese. With no one in front of me, this takes Which Wich 5 minutes are more to make. Jimmy John’s? 30 seconds. Subway? Well under a minute. Guess where I no longer go for sandwiches? WAY too slow. Nothing special over many other faster sandwich shops. This is fast food. It is not an exercise in the culinary arts. Just make the darn sandwich!

I placed my order on line using their iPhone app. It worked great. I’m glad I placed my order online as the process there for walk in customers is very slow and the set up creates a pretty tight line up queue. I was able to walk up to the cash register while a dozen people were waiting in line, they handed me my prepaid online order immediately and off I went. The receipt was on the bag. Placing the order using their app saved me a lot of time. I had their grinder and their house chips with a soda. The grinder tasted very good. Their house chips are very cracked pepper. Their soda station is self serve. I’m not sure why their app menu has the option for«drink with refills» at a higher cost, because the soda station seems to be self serve free refills as it is. Other reviewer’s are correct that the restaurant does not appear to be very clean, and the staff seem to be very slow moving and disinterested. The cashier was very pleasant but it seemed that she was slightly frustrated with her sandwich staff not moving quickly as the line behind me seemed like they had been there quite a while. If their slow speed is an indication of a better quality sandwich, then I would have to agree. The sandwich was very good and that’s the most important thing. My recommendation is cut out the wait and place your order online ahead of time. They make it pretty easy with that service. The restrooms were clean and handicap accessible.

I have tried this Which Wich a number of times and for the most part I like it. They have a good menu and the staff is pretty good. I will not give it a great 4 or 5 star rating due to a couple of issues that I will address now. #1. It takes way to long to get your sandwich. 2. The price is a bit steep, I mean 2 subs, no combo, no drinks was close to Twenty dollars. 3. The design layout is crap, long and narrow, with everyone bunched up at the pick up area waiting for there order. I am glad to have more options for lunch in Holly Springs now and if you have time and money they do make a pretty good sub.

Grab a bag, check off the desires of your heart, hand it to the cashier and pay. Voila! I have now been here a handful of times and without exception, the sandwich is always amazingly tasty! I’ve had both banana and pineapple shakes, they are made fresh while you wait. This place is also home to the best peanut butter cookie you can buy. The fact that you can really customize your experience is fantastic. You can choose regular mayo or lite. Dijon, honey, deli or regular mustard. Cheeses too are plentinful, they even have cheese whiz! I think the name truly says it all, it’s a superior sandwich experience.

This is where I go if I want a Togo’s sandwich(but can’t have one because they are only on the west coast). They do take forever, so don’t go if you are in a hurry. It’s a little more pricey than I would like to pay, but they are adequately sized for what you do pay. Every time I have been here, the staff have been very nice as well.

Be patient they aren’t quick at all. The sandwiches are nothing great but if you are near by and need lunch then check it out. Otherwise its not worth the wait and price.

Never again will we be visiting here — 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches and the place had only 2 other tables. Workers are too busy having conversations and not filling orders.

Food was good but floor was horribly dirty and had a lot of bugs flying around our table. Could of been a bad night will try once more probably. Prices are insanely high.

Instantly regret this decision … $ 20 for 2 sandwiches(not combos, no chips and no drinks), crowded, hot in here and sooooooooo slow. I wish this was a Jimmy Johns. Here’s a thought: if you’re going to blast the music like Jimmy Johns does, how about have your employees yell out the name of the order like they do at Jimmy Johns. Otherwise, you end up with a lot of people standing in one crowded little space waiting for sandwiches and having no idea if the order waiting on the counter is theirs or not. Also, if you have«avocado» as a veggie option, don’t put guacamole on my sandwich. If I’m choosing avocado under the«veggie» section, I’m expecting sliced avocado, not mushy guacamole.

We tried this place twice. The first time my 7 year old daughter fell out of her chair after we ordered. She fell on her face and was bleeding everywhere but no employees seemed to care or help. I had to take her to the ER before we got our food. Later that night I called and asked for a refund or credit and the clerk hung the phone up. My daughter really wanted go back a few weeks later and we did. The sandwiches were dry and not very good. Jersey Mikes is much better and more affordable for the amount of food you get.
