This is without a doubt the closest thing to NYC style pizza, love this Pizza, crust nice and thin.
Always Excellent Pizza and service! Try their Garlic knots as well made with real garlic. Yes, you read right. Real Garlic!

Unilocal, you’ve let me down with this one. Got some slices to go, and one slice looked like it was at least 2 days old. Other slice looked fresher, but had a strange chemical taste, not sure if it was the dough or the sauce, but definitely not edible. Garlic knots were okay, definitely better than the pizza, but not worth going back for.

Probably my favorite pizza place around. The pizza is very authentic, the garlic knots are life changing, and the customer service is awesome!
I recommend this place every time someone on the area is looking for New York style pizza.

Ordered a three topping extra large pizza. Toppings were very skimpy at best. I mean we are only talking about onion, green peppers and black olives. Pizza wasn’t all that tasty. Menu said the XL veggie pizza would cost $ 18.50, however upon arrival at their shop to pick-​up the veggie pizza the charge was $ 19.75. When I questioned the cashier why the difference in price from what was listed on their menu «He said he didn’t know». A check of their web site reveals the price increased but they are still using outdated menu’s.

This used to be our favorite pizza place in holly springs. Lately the pizza has been subpar — runny and just a mess. What’s even more annoying is that the wait has been over an hour for delivery.

Update: We tried NY Pizza and the pizza was back to being the best in the area. The order was right and we like our pizza well-​done and it was cooked perfectly. This place is back in the rotation for lunch and dinner. We are so glad that the place has turned it around.

It’s good pizza and quick service. As far as New York it doesn’t make me think I’m in the city or Long Island but for around here it is pretty close. Slices & pizzas are very large and prices are good. Service is friendly and rather quick. Convenient location.

After getting charged for a pizza I never received (see previous review), I called the store wondering what happened since the person I talked to on the phone swore that my money would be refunded on my card. After having two bad experiences in a row, I didn’t want a store credit which was being offered, I just wanted my money back. The person answering the phone when I called to explain the situation was nice enough, and said he’d have to call the owner, because I placed my order online and entered my card info there, so he couldn’t help me. Surprisingly the owner DID call shortly after and was very apologetic about what happened and our account was finally (almost 2 weeks later) credited the money for the pizza that wasn’t delivered. I’ll give them another chance because I really do like their pizza but I think we’ll pickup instead of gambling on delivery again.

My family use to go here and sometimes order to g, o but they have really gone down hill. I kept getting online offers in my email but this store said they couldn’t honor the coupons from online. Have had several issues with these guys.

In spite of the fact that I need to eat more pizza like I need a hole in my head, my husband and I eat here quite often, especially since it’s around the corner. We’ve also brought family and friends here and they all love it. Very authentic New York (city) style pizza. I personally like just cheese, while my husband likes everything on it. It’s our favorite pizza joint in Holly Springs, by far.

Not the best pie I ever ate but the best I have eaten in NC for sure. Crust was good, was not dripping with oil or crappy cheese, and toppings were fresh and tasty. Service was good, pizza was 15 minutes and they have beer. All and all a very positive experience

Placed an order on the phone, Waited an hour to pick up, arrived there no pizza, no apology, no nothing… but they did tell us we could wait another hour and they would fill our order!

I can’t believe there’s only one review (well, now two!) of what may possibly be the best New York style pizza in the area!
If you’ve been looking for real pizza, and are sick and tired of the struggle to find a fantastically thin, crunchy crusted, cheesy slice of the north east here in the Triangle, look no further. I don’t know if it’s the water or what, but this is the kind of big slice awesomeness you have to fold over and eat like you’re walking the city markets of NYC.
One word of warning: don’t dine in, even though you can. They seem to focus on delivery, and you’ll be waiting forever to get «served». I was tempted to drop them a star for this problem, but NY Pizza deserves recognition and support. This place is the spot for the real deal (delivered).
