Pizza Hut

I pay to have trash taken away, not delivered. We’ve ordered from them twice. The first time they showed up after 90 minutes and food wasn’t good. We gave them a second chance — mistake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE.
We ordered a Meal Deal Big Box: two pizzas, 8 wings, cheesy breadsticks. The pizzas are 90% flavorless cardboard dough and 10% cheese, marinara, and topings. We got 7 tiny wings instead of 8, and the cheesy breadsticks were just pizza dough and cheese.

What a joke this place is… DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Came back from a 2 week trip to a house with no food, so we ordered a couple of pizzas at 9:15 pm… girl on the phone said it’d be 50 minutes. I thought it was a bit excessive but we waited anyway. Waited and waited… called back at 10:30pm to see what was taking so long and the manager answered, said they never received an order and all her drivers went home… umm really??? Horrible place of business… you lost my business forever Pizza Hut.

This place just stinks — 2 hrs and still no delivery. It’s run by a bunch of idiot kids

Ordered pizza and wings at around 11:30am online on December 13.
The website tracker thing said it would take 15 minutes. I got there at 11:50 and was told they were waiting on my wings and asked if I could pull around to the front and they would bring them to me.
I waited 25 minutes and no one came out so I went inside. Waited forever for someone to acknowledge me and when I asked if my wings were ready I was told they messed up the first batch and they just put another down.
I told the gentleman I just wanted my money back so he said he would get his manager. She finally came over after I waited for 5 minutes when she was probably only 30 feet away. She explained she forgot to turn the fryer on when she came in this morning and that she just now put the wings down to fry. So that obviously contradicted what the other employee told me.
The manager tried to refund me just for the wings, but I just wanted out of there and asked for all of my money back. No apologies or anything.
If they told me upfront they forgot to turn the fryer on, I would have totally understood and been fine with it. Since no one apologized and either the employee or manager lied to me, I will definitely never be back and I hope anyone who reads this won’t either.

By far the worst service I have had in the 37 years I have been alive. My family of 4 ordered 2 medium pizzas. One pan meat lovers and one hand tossed ½ pepperoni ½ sausage and an order of breadsticks. The waitress asked twice what kind of pizza we wanted. Keep in mind we were the only ones in the entire place! We explained again and she started walking away. I then asked if the breadsticks would be out first. The waitress said that they would be out with the food. I politely asked for them to come out first. About 20 minutes later she walked by and I asked about out breadsticks. She said she knows the pizzas are about done but not sure on the breadsticks, I told her to keep the breadsticks and she insisted she would bring them and I told her again to cancel the breadsticks. Now on to the pizzas, she brings them out and the ½ and ½ pizza in a pan pizza not a hand tossed and the meat lovers pan is a pepperoni only! I said where is the meat lovers and she stares at the pizza like it is going to just turn into a meat lovers. She then walks away blaming it on the cook. I’m sure the cook just did what was entered into the system. She then comes back 5 minutes later and says the cool messed it up and it will be about 15 minutes for the other pizza. Seriously??? To top it all off we had to eat off of paper towels because we were never brought any plates. Never again will I eat here!

Tonight we went to Pizza Hut for dinner to cash in my son’s «Book It» certificate for a free kids personal pan pizza. Honestly, I’ve never been a huge fan of Pizza Hut pizza, but I do think they’ve made some serious improvements lately. The kids enjoyed their personal pizzas with 1 topping. The wife and I got the special — 2 mediums, up to four toppings for $ 6.99 each. That leaves us enough for dinner tomorrow night too. Wife got the Pretzel Piggy medium, hand tossed. The kids fought over who got to share her crust. She really enjoyed it, and my son even ate a piece (minus the spinach). I got sausage, pepperoni, and double mushroom. The waitress reminded me that I could get a specialty crust so I got the garlic butter one. It was actually really good with tons of toppings. The absolute best part of the meal, though, was our server, Courtney. She was probably the nicest, most polite server we have had in a very long time. She checked on us regularly without hovering, made sure the kids were happy, and her wonderful personality really made us enjoy our meal. Because of her stellar service, we will be back.
