Wingstop

Oh my. We have tried 3 times to order online from this place. After confirming our order every time, all three times we show up AFTER the designated pick up time by 5 minutes or so and they have not even started our food! Yep, three times is my limit. If you do not mind waiting 45 minutes for your wings, feel free to order from here. The 45 minutes will be AFTER you have ordered them online, confirmed it and shown up to pick them up. I did not order on Super Bowl Sunday or anything either! I hate this because their garlic Parmesan wings are my favorite.

Is it so hard to look at your online orders? I mean, it only took two seconds after I showed up 10 minutes after my order pick up time for you to see my placed and confirmed order? Then you don’t even bother to apologize? You say it is a network error? You know, if you wanted to salvage a long-​term customer, you could have at least offered me something in concessions. But, instead, I spent my money tonight at Buffalo Wild Wings down the street. Newsflash: I don’t like their wings as much. Thanks for helping me to spend my money elsewhere. They were awfully friendly. You should try that.

With the mixed reviews I was a bit hesitate to try it for the first time but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how hot and fresh the food was and how good the customer service was. I decided to get the plain boneless wings and try the teriyaki sauce garlic parmesan sauce as dips. I do feel like the sauces are a bit concentrated and not made for dipping so it’s better to decide on flavors and divide the flavors up instead of getting the sauces on the side. I’ve always enjoyed their fries and decided to get the cheese fries this time. I do recommend that because of the seasoning they put on the fries that it’s best to get the cheese sauce on the side instead of on top. I’m not a huge fan of the surf music but the place is very clean and they have sports on a several beers in tap. If they could ditch the music I would be more likely to eat in instead of ordering food to go. I’m not a huge fan of wings overall but Hubby liked it so we’ll likely be back.

Boneless and bone in wings are always good. Fries, not so much. They are usually soggy and limp. Way better than BWW.wings.

Service is horrible! I placed an order on line for 30 wings (3 flavors) to eat during the NFL game with some friends. When I got home, I noticed that they only gave me 20 wings (2 flavors) and had forgotten the third box. I called in and the wingstop worker named Miguel said he packaged the order himself and that I was lying. The customer service was awful and to be told by the worker that I was lying (ABOUT 10 WINGS) was outrageous.

There are a lot of negative reviews for this location but I go here almost once a month and I always receive great service. Most of the times I’ve been, they’re fast, friendly, and the location is always clean. I definitely recommend it.

I’ve worked near this location for 11 yrs. I have not been back in a very long time and today I’m reminded why… service is horrible.
I tried calling in an order and was put on hold for longer than is to be expected. I hung up and tried calling back 5 times (I was really craving their fries and blue cheese dressing). The same guy with a very heavy accent answered the phone on my 6^th attempt. I gave him my order and he sounded as though I was bothering him or an inconvenience. I never did pick up that order.
Now I know to simply stay away from this location because even though years — literally years — have passed by since my last visit, the service at this location still sucks!

There are some stupid people who work at this location. Service sucks but i love the food. How did the people after us get their food first. Wish they delivered so i dont have to deal with idiots.

I actually really enjoy Wing Stop — especially the one in Allen off McDermott. This one, unfortunately, has not met standards. I’m not sure if they don’t cook the wings enough or what the actual issue is, but I do not enjoy them and tried them twice. I like a little crisp to the outer fried skin on a wing, which doesn’t taste dry because it’s covered in sauce. The wings at this place consistently just feel and taste wet — and I’m not a fan of that.

The fries must have crack on them. or sugar… either way they are addicting! Wings are okay

Is it just me or has Wing Stop gotten yucky??? Wha Happened??? I use to order it, but I wont again. Seems like the wings have been LOADED with grease. I couldn’t even eat one when I was pregnant. Use to love the fries but they weren’t fresh last time. Big disappointment.

AWESOME wings. It is easy to get addicted. Best wings around.

When I was in high school I used to eat here SO much. Damn good wings.
Now that I’m no longer in high school, and i live about 2000 miles from this place, I can only visit when I go back home… oh so sad :(
Comfy, inexpensive place for some chicken wings… the Lemon Pepper ones are great! — they also have tons of other flavors.
