Pizza Hut

Unless you are out of dumpsters to fish from and just have literally no other choice on the planet, don’t do it. Second time our order was wrong. Quality and service both completely absent. Besides being greasy/​soggy/​barely edible and cold, one of our two pizzas was made incorrectly. When I called to speak to the «manager» (who probably wasn’t one), he told me they don’t make pizza to look like it does on TV. I told him I’m not looking for a pizza that has been created by a food stylist, just one that is made correctly and looks like someone actually cared about what they are doing (which they clearly do not). Epic fail. The manager was rude and surly. WAY too many other options in the immediate area. What sets you apart is attention to details and customer service. Both completely absent. Clearly the franchise owner doesn’t care. Elevated my complaint to corporate (again!) but bottom line is I will never, ever order or eat one morsel from this restaurant again (and probably not another PIzza Hut). I can make a statement with my $$, and this place is never getting another one!

Does this place even know how to make pizza and wings anymore? Buffalo sauce tastes like crap… Not even close to real buffalo sauce… Pizza is mediocre at best, stay away from pizza hut, go to dominos

Terrible customer service and the pizza is not very good I will stay away from this place. The manager was very rude and started yelling at me for trying to use a coupon that I had printed online. I will never go to this location again.

Better than the local Dominos and Papa John’s on Justin Road. The $ 10 any pizza deal can’t be beat!
