Why can’t you just give me the ketchup I’ve asked and probably paid for?! This is never a problem at any other fast food restaurant in the metroplex… expect this Canes Chicken, at this location. Why are you so worried about 2 packets of ketchup. My fries are so dry, I wish I had some ketchup.

Outstanding chicken fingers, came out HOT and fresh!!! Sauce is really good too, fries… just ok. Fresh lemonade? The bomb! Skipped the toast and got extra sauce… This was our first visit to Canes, and I will tell you, I will be back. Loved the chicken, Slaw, ok, but customer service was A++++ Servers walking around the restaurant asking if you need anything, getting refill etc… Happy Happy Happy :)

Went here today, the cashier was talking to the associates in the back calling one an idiot. He failed to even take our order or greet us, then he had an attitude after I had to get his attention. Our order was wrong. Poor service but food was tasty

I felt extremely uncomfortable with the woman who walks around checking tables the entire time I was there. I believe she was a manager. She appeared to be very demanding of her workers which in turn is probably why my food was less than satisfactory. I’m never coming to this Caine’s location again. Needs new management.

Went to get a lemonade and a sweet tea with my husband. I decided I wanted a piece of toast. We waited about 2 minutes for our drinks and four more for a piece of toast. When I opened the box for my toast I found a hair burned into and hanging off my toast. Not only were the employees slow and not worried about the time their customer is waiting, they neglected to tend to their product and I got served something I couldn’t eat.

Went there this evening and Dakota, the manager, said there was a problem with our gift card but was extremely nice and accommodating. The chicken is outstanding, but it was the customer service that makes this location one I’ll go to again!

My family enjoys this location of Canes. The food is always good, the restaurant is clean, and they have great sweet tea. Service can be a bit slow at times but the good food is worth the wait (sometimes).

Finally ate there the other day. I was very disappointed due to the commercials on TV show the food looking very appetizing let’s start with the chicken fingers very boring tasteless pieces of chicken next we will move to the frozen crinkle cut french fries that are disgusting and a slice of soaking wet soggy buttered Texas toast. Very overpriced for such low-quality food. This review is not for any one particular location but the entire chain in general because I tried another location and it was exactly the same. I mean really frozen french fries how hard is it to slice a potato. The only saving grace was there dipping sauce. The sauce was the best part and they even charge for extra sauce. Oh well just my two cents maybe I have different taste than everybody else.
