The service was great .they had a jeweler in that store that could do my ring repair asap. I did have to worry about my ring leaving the store.  I would recommend this store. All the girls they really make u out feel like  family.

The service i got when i needed a battery for my watch Was not at all satisfying. My NIXION RUBBER PLAYER needed a battery for the first time, my «WATCH». And the sales person said shore we can put a battery in your watch! I said all right. I watched the sales lady walk across the mall to amoonother store with my watch in her hand. It took along time for my watch battery to be installed. 3 things i was not happy with was the time, the hands had fallen off after i got home, and whats called «locking loopers» on the back of my watch had been broken. They just pushed me away and said all your watch will still work. The back of my watch flops open. The clips that keep it together are broke and either store whats to step up and my it right. So they both has lost my business for ever. I will go elsewhere. I was sold almost a 20 dollar battery, and now i have a broke watch thanks to major watches” and sam jeweler. The sad part is I’ve been a loyal customer for over 12 years and now the marriage is OVER!

For a jewelry store in Hemet, this one is not bad. Many of the others have been out of business for a long time. The Hemet Mall is hard to survive.
The customer service is decent. They helped me as soon as I walked in. They were polite even though I did not make a purchase on that day.
They have a nice selection of things, I would return here again!
