Oh Nails

Three of us went in to get a pedicure & manicure All 3 of said we would never go back! The person who did my nails was rude! The water for the pedicure was cold. When I said something he acted put out and added little bit of warm water. He keep trying to add things to the cost when I said no he was once again put out. My daughter said the person doing her nails was very nice but he hurt her. He drew blood when cutting back her cuticles and used super glue to stop the bleeding! She is still in pain today.

I won’t go here anymore simply because they took advantage of me as a customer. I stopped by after an 8-​hour shift to get my nails done, and admittedly it was so relaxing I started to nod off a bit. The manicurist took advantage and kept asking enthusiastically if I wanted little add ons, conveniently leaving out the price. I thought it was be maybe $ 5-​$ 8 more than planned, but what was originally a $ 20 acrylic set turned out to be $ 38. I was at fault for not inquiring about price points, but I won’t go back to a business that is OK with being underhanded.

Pedicure and manicure experiences depend a lot on the person helping you. I love coming to this place. Mindy is a must. She spoils me every time I’m here. Love her.

My boyfriend treated me out for a little pampering of a mani/​pedi & brought me here. The ladies I had were friendly & my fingertips turned out nice (last mani was done in 2008!) & my goodness my feet looks brand new compared to before! lol Next time I come I’ll leave an update on my visit.

I go to this nail shop every 2 weeks. I love it they are nice and polite .It is very clean. and they always do a great job!!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars horrible manicurist I had to get the same set redone 3x I asked if they are capable of doing 3d flowers and instead of saying no they attempted anyway the flower acrylic did not stay and they proceeded to try to superglue which made the set even uglier. I also wanted coffin shaped, the shape that I received is nothing close to coffin shaped. One of the guys were the one who did my set this is the last time I will ever go to this place I was there for 2 ½hours on the same set of nails! Ridiculous

I was a bit apprehensive about coming here tonight because of all the negative reviews! It was my first time at Oh Nails, and my grandma and I came here specifically because they are open later than most salons, which accomodated both of our work schedules! (I believe they coincide with mall hours so they were open until 9pm on a Tuesday! Yay!)
We were seated right away (in comfy and clean looking massage chairs) for our pedicures and both of the ladies got everything started while we chose our nail colors. The selection was not the absolute best I’ve seen– they should definitely throw out the old, dried out nail polishes. I would have also liked to have seen some newer-​looking colors and a little better variety.
My overall experience was great. We both got the #3 «Better Pedicure» for about $ 26 each, it was nicer than we expected for one of the more basic pedicures! My feet look worlds better than they did before and the lady who helped me was gentle and considerate. She kept rubbing my legs for me when I said they were itching after the exfoliating scrub :) Maybe I’m just easy to please but it was the best pedi experience I’ve had.

My pedicure turned out nice (Only reason I gave it 2stars) but my manicure not so much. I just wanted to keep it simple so I just asked for clear polish. It turned out ok but 4 hrs later the clear polish is already peeling. What the heck?!? I don’t live in Hemet & was down visiting. Otherwise I would ask for a redo. The place is so so in how it works. So $ 31 later w/​a cute flower on my big toe, I’m disappointed. Won’t be going back

There are only two stars because two or so of the workers are good. The rest suck! The sad part is I only started coming here because TN Nails (which has the same owner) can’t seem to do any nails after 5pm because they are too busy or go home early. Anyhow, the place is dirty and all of the polish is old and separated. I usually bring my own. They do a half ass job almost every time. Today they tried to give me dirty pedicure chair. I draw the line somewhere. I won’t be back.

It’s ok and don’t think I’ll come back again!

It took me all I had not to leave in tears. It started out with the manicure, I asked for my nails to be ovals, she made them rectangular, I was ready to let it go as a mistake despite the fact that I’d asked for oval, but the clear coat was so gunned under my nails that my skin was stuck to them. I showed her, hoping she would fix it. She noted it, and did nothing. I had to peel it out myself only to realize that even the rectangles she’d made my nails into were all crooked and different lengths even though I’d grown them out to ensure they could be the same length.
The spa water for the pedicure was actually cold. She didn’t have any sparkly pink nail polish– this sounds like a silly thing to mention but only shows how small their nail polish selection was. My toes were done by a different woman, they were also crooked by the time she was done.
My girlfriend got her nails done, requesting a hello kitty done. If you were unable to do the designs shown, that’s fine, just say so. They ended up looking like awkward mice.
But the icing on the cake was when she did my eyebrows. I do my eyebrows so regularly that they don’t even turn red anymore. Seconds after she did my eyebrows they welled up with angry yellow welts. Causing me to assume that either her wax was too hot or simply unsanitary since to this day I haven’t found anything I’m allergic to.
I’ve never been so disappointed by a nail salon. I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone, even given that I deplored them.

Ty for fullsets she is the best

I really wanted to do my nails before I went back to school. I thought it would be a good place since it was in the mall.
I asked for a regular manicure/​pedicure. There were two ladies doing my nails. I asked if I could do a design just on my ring fingers in both hands. The lady said she couldn’t do it. I said that was fine. The other lady who was doing my toes said if I wanted the design on my toes, I said no it’s fine. She pushed it until I said yes. So while they were both doing my nails, they kept talking and the lady who was doing my manicure, cut my skin. She rubbed alcohol and then applied the nail polish. Then later, it was still bleeding and I asked to get it re-​done but they just added more nail polish. There are still blood on my nails right now.
While both my nails were being done, another lady asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done. I was like yes. I thought I would be getting it done after my nails, but she brought the wax outside and waxed my face in my seat. When it was done, she left wax on my face.
This all cost me $ 58. I’m never going back to this place again.

Every time I go to this salon I am disappointed. They try to push things on you and when you say no they talk to eachother in their language making me feel like they are talking trash. They are famous for putting designs on my 9 yr old’s toes and not even asking me if it is ok and they charge me for it! Their little designs are something I can do myself! They use poor quality products and do the pedis as fast as they can. I’m sorry but for $ 25 and up I should be sitting in that chair more than 15 minutes. Not to mention some of them give poor massages. My nails this LAST time were not satisfactory but arguing with them is impossible!
Bottom line is that they don’t have much business anymore because of it all. They actually used to do a good job and have lines out their door!
They have an extra room for their kids to hang out it and when they leave the door open it always disgusts me… DIRTY AND stuff laying everywhere.
