I’ve ordered from pizza hut 3 times in the last month every single time they messed up my order by far worst customer service ever don’t order from this place

This is the 2nd time I’ve been here, and the 2nd time it has sucked. First time I was there, I waited about an hour or so to get a regular meat lovers pizza. Whatever, there were a few other customers there, sure, we’ll blame it on «being busy». When the pizza arrived I was also greeted with dirty silverware. Hey, it happens, sometimes somethings get lost in the sauce. I promptly went up to the counter to get another fork… low and behold, another dirty fork. Ok, it’s not worth it. I’ll not use the silverware. Today was a different story. Dined in about 730−8pm. There were a max of 4 customers inside, dinning. Cool, not too busy. Placed our order; large pizza, and some honey BBQ wings. Right off the bat, she hands us one cup. There were 3 of us. «So sorry about that, we’ll get you your cups right now.» We stand at the counter thinking, oh hey, they just need to get the cups from the back. Nope. We overhear«hey can you go wash some cups?» Ok, so, you mean to tell me out of this whole restaurant, ALL of your cups are dirty? Except for one? Well, isn’t that something. We wait for about 10 minutes for two questionably clean cups. Now we wait for our pizza. We wait. And we wait. A couple more people come in for carry out. And we wait. And wait. About an hour goes by(seems to be a common theme here, even though the restaurant is practically dead and there seems to be an overwhelmingly abundant amount of employees. More than enough to handle all orders) so the small rush of 3 carry out orders are done, the restaurant is empty again. FINALLY! A glimmer of hope! Our pizza arrives. With 5 napkins. Ok so we need cheese and peppers. No biggie. Got up to the counter, asked for both. Peppers were fine. Got a cheese shaker that looked like it hadn’t been filled in a few days. A fine line of cheese lay at the bottom. Ok we’ll ask for another. Oh would you look at that, we’ve run into the same exact problem. Maybe a pinch more of cheese in this one than the last. Whatever. It’ll work, I guess. So to recap, we’ve waited about an hour, feels like more, for our pizza. We enjoy one slice, expecting our wings to be right behind our pizza. Nope, we wait about 5 – 10 minutes before we get up and ask why they had forgotten our wings. A male cashier, whom I know had seen us walk in, and was in earshot of our order, says, oh I need to see your receipt. Ok, show em. Checks, double checks the receipt to make sure we’re not trying to scam some wings from them, and says ok. 5 minutes later we get our wings. «So sorry about that, someone must’ve misplaced them.» So where exactly do you place wings when they’re done? Made us feel as if we stole some poor souls delivery wings. To be honest, this place isn’t worth it. More than half the tables were dirty when we got there, and we’re still dirty by the time we left. Not one employee seems to give a single fuck about their store or customers who come in. It seems to me that it’s just a place for them to all hang out before they have to go home for the night. I get not liking your job, I work retail, I would know. But to actually not put in any effort what so ever to making the most of your job, no matter how tedious or small, is just pure laziness and arrogance. If your better than Pizza Hut work, why are you still there?

Wish I could give them a 0 star! We’re new to Hemet so this was the first pizza hut we ordered from(twice). & both times were horrible! We wait over an hour for our food. The first time we ordered they called us 10 mins after it should of gotten to our house and asked us if we got our order yet. Gave us no discount for waiting an hour and a half. The 2nd time we ordered pasta and wings on 02/06/2016 @ exactly 9:40pm, an hour went by and still no food, so I called and they told me they cancelled our order and my card was declined and the phone number i gave them was not a working phone number, my card was brand new and working, and the number I gave them was the same number I called them from and the guy even read my phone number back to me and it was the correct one. DANIEL the supposdly manager of the store was horrible, did not offer any type of coupon or discount for having to wait over an hour, he blamed it on the driver for not putting a 1 in front of the area code(his words exactly). The guy sounded like he wasn’t even the manager and handled it totally wrong. He asked if we wanted to reorder the food, we would of had to wait a whole nother hour and still get no discount. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service and communication. We will NOT be ordering from this pizza hut again!

Very bad service ! I placed an order they guaranteed 35 minutes and it took an hour for it to get here. When I called to verify the status and to cancel my order, the manager was extremely rude !

Horrible place for pizza or anything else for that matter went in last night ordered 2 medium thin pizzas got home they were awful dried out no sauce burnt uneatable called back when in to the restaurant disgusting very dirty will never go back

Placed an order to go for pick up it was ready when I got there but when I got it home I found it was not cooked thoroughly. The vegetables and the dough was practically completely raw. By the time I got done cooking it myself my kids were cranky and crying and my husband had made sandwiches for himself. It was a terrible pizza night for sure!

Was very clean and was greeted right away the cashier called another cashier so that I wouldn’t have to wait. I went there cause my daughter had a coupon from school for a personal pan pizza for her reading. I then ordered a double pepperoni pizza. It took about 20 minutes and they told me it would so I waited they also had 4 tv’s that were on and working they were on abc family. I definitely will go back and would recommend you to try it and if you had a bad experience try it again looks like they are doing better… at least according to all the other reviews.

Well, it seems like even though I’m standing in front of the cashier with CASH in hand, they refuse to take my order unless I give my phone number. At least I can delete their phone number from my contact list as they will NEVER get my business again. Place is dirty as well This is what happens to a business that does not practice customer service and has a policy where customers are not welcome Oh…and don’t offer me any coupons… I have enough trash to toss

Surprised by the negative reviews. As for the website, the 30 minute estimate is just that. You’ve got to call the store to verify the time — the computer doesn’t. One time I didn’t check and they had one of their ovens broken. They apologized for the delay and gave me a free 2 liter soda — worked for me. I love the thin crust and can’t get it anywhere else. Extra cheese is not a great deal of cheese — I do love cheese. And the last time I was there they did screw up an order — prepared a cookie instead of the brownie. They gave me a choice: take the cookie or wait 6 minutes for the brownie. I took the cookie and it wasn’t bad. I am not a frequent customer, but every time I’ve ordered take out, they have been polite, courteous and professional.

It seems that both Pizza Hut locations in Hemet are totally incompetent. And the app is useless. Twice I have used the app to place a carry out order and both times my husband went to pick it up and they hadn’t gotten it. Today my husband said the restaurant and kitchen were dirty and the staff not exactly worried about it. We will no longer be giving Pizza Hut our business and will rely on our local independents, who make much better pizza, rather than going for a «good deal». I guess it’s true what they say, you get what you pay for.

I’d give this place 0 stars, however, I don’t think it would be fair to. I made an order on for delivery on 08-07-2015 at approximately 3PM through the Pizza Hut website while I was at work. I ordered 2 pizzas; buffalo styled and a specialty vegetarian pizza. I left a note on the order asking to call my phone when the driver has arrived. The time it took for the order to arrive was fine. No more than 35 minutes after the order was sent. However, when the driver arrived, I was on a call with a customer and wasn’t able to answer my cell phone. Okay, that was my bad, but as soon as she knocked on our door, I had my manager let her in our office. I was still on the phone with a customer and handed her my card so that she can make an imprint of it and the driver told me she didn’t need it, but in an agitated tone. Less than a minute later, I was off the phone and went to check on the pizzas and to provide a signature and tip. I left her a $ 6 tip for an $ 18 order(I used to be a delivery driver which is why I always tip at least 30%), plus whatever she gets from the 3 or 4 $ delivery charge. When she was heading out the office, I said, «Thank you very much. Have a nice day!» to which she said nothing. Instead, what I did get was her rolling her eyes and then getting on the phone with someone at the store complaining about me. Listen, I know being a delivery driver is tough. I’ve been there, done that. However, that kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been on deliveries where customers would be taking a shower and I would wait for them to finish outside in the dark and greet them with a smile on my face because I appreciated their business and knew that they were helping put money in my pocket and food on my table. I will definitely not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and would much rather take my business to the local Dominos, Marcos Pizza, or Rodolfo’s where people there are actually happy to have my business. So why the 2 stars? The ordering process was a breeze. You can pick and choose different deals on their website and order your pizza almost any way you like. There is a great selection of crust styles and ingredients that will create those once in a lifetime moments where you’re unsure about what you would like to order since almost everything on the menu looks good. The pizza also tasted great, but the customer service was crap.

Sorry, but if I am in the restaurant and making an order and paying for it before it’s made… you don’t need my phone number And the cashier told me that without my phone number, they could not accept my order Really ? If Pizza Hut offered me life time free food… I would still never do business with them… ever Horrible business plan

This location is not that bad. The pizza is good and I love the jukebox. This is a dine — in location so you can go with a group. It is clean and we’ll maintained. It’s in the same parking lot with Stater Brothers so, it isn’t secluded. Although they could have better lighting outside. I give it a 3 because I wasn’t greeted right away even though they weren’t super busy.

the facility is depressing. The wait for take outs is that they just start cooking when you get there, not before. And in a place with no manager, I’m scared to eat. In the delivery arena they’ve been inconistant. Ask for 3X mushrooms, you are lucky to find 1 mushroom on rich piece.

Horrible horrible horrible! They messed up my order so I called them up and spoke with Ana who claimed she was a manager I explained to her that my order was incorrect and she didn’t even put me on hold she said hey Ben this lady said the orders wrong should we send a new one he said no so she says to me the manager said no. Wait I thought your a manager hmmm anyway I even go as far as saying I’ll send you a photo to prove thy messed up the order she again says Ben they wanna send us a photo next thin I hear Ben very rudly and loudly say UNDONTCARETHEYARENTGETTINGSHIT! They refuse to fix the order don’t ever go hear and also if you have problems call 1800−777−0290 ex 217 and report them

I have been to this Pizza Hut several times, but will no longer be going here. I have had several things go wrong at this location. Every time I come in no one greats anyone at the door, my orders that I ordered to go are never done when they are supposed to be. They aren’t just a little late they are about 30 – 40 minutes late(so after I order and wait the time it tells me, I need to wait 30 – 40 minutes in store as well). Items are constantly missing in my orders. Last time I was there I witnessed how an employ talked to a customer and it was beyond ridiculous. The man had orders hot wings, and asked for silver wear. The worker replied to him«well usually people eat it with their hands». She said several rude things along those lines, and after she left she went into the back and told her coworker«that guy over there was just bitching because of stupid shit». When I got my order, everything was cold and I had to microwave every bread stick, slice of pizza and hotwing that I ate. Do not go here, the bathrooms are nasty, the customer service sucks, the food is either missing or cold, they never have things done on time, and the workers are beyond unenthusiastic.

online order took 1 hour when it finally arrived pizza was cold my 2 litter was room temp. i asked for extra sauce but what i got was dried and cold sauce with pineapples just added after pizza was made. will never order from this location ever again.

I actually really like their Pan pizza crust… with the buttery crust on the bottom, yummo! I will occasionally order a pizza and boneless wings from here for the boy and I(and sometimes the baby) and we always enjoy it.
