Very VERY rude cashier! I Will not be back. The cashier intentionally made me stand there at the cash register for a long long time while he played with the money and did anything he could think of to keep from waiting on me. I finally said something and told him I was handicaped and couldn’t stand for long times. His response was«I can’t either», and continued to play with his money. How do you like that for customer service?

Everything we had was great. We got the wings medium and the sauce was perfect, great favor and just enough spice. I had the stromboli and my friend had the meatball sub. Both of these were excellent. We just in town for business and would definitely go back if we are ever in the area. Everyone was really friendly.

Off the hook food and good prices. I’m on a special diet and can’t have any sugar, grains or roots. My family and I are very satisfied with the menu

Not a fan. Service was slow and my boyfriend and I felt a bit snubbed at first. We were looked at and noticed, but no one offered to assist us. I had to get the attention of one of the servers to finally help us. There was a loud, very rowdy group of customers in front of the restaurant whooping, hollering, having vulgar conversations and dancing(yes, dancing) in the restaurant. While that would’ve been fine to watch if they were outside, it was distracting and annoying INSIDE the restaurant. The servers did nothing to get them to quiet down to respect the other customers trying to enjoy their meal. The meal itself was subpar. It took a while to arrive, considering there were only 3 parties eating, us included.(The rowdy bunch was apparently waiting for their take out order). I got the pepperoni pizza. They cut the pepperonis in half, which looked odd, and while the slices were big, it didn’t taste spectacular or any different than Pizza Hut across the street. My boyfriend got some pasta dish. It was forgettable. For the price and slow service, as well as average at best food, this is not a place we’ll be coming back to. I don’t get the hype here.

Best pizza and pasta in the valley. Service is always with a smile, we feel at home whenever we go in for lunch or dinner. Frank and Jeff are great business partners, and always very helpful to the other local businesses. In has been a pleasure doing business with Milano pizza. Thanks frank.

Second time we’ve ordered from them to be delivered. First time was a two hour wait and was decent. We were told the wait would be almost 2 hours this time, and it was. The driver jumped a short fence and went to the dark side of our house, ignoring the carport area and door which was lit up quite brightly. He then stood there in the dark, holding the cardboard pizza box(no thermo bag). It was very cold and windy, so all in all this was kind of dumb. Our dogs kept barking, and my husband had to go out looking for him. Our 30.00 pizza was ice cold. Crust was hard, and not good to try to reheat. We threw it away. Tried to call, but they were closed. We called a few days later and were told we should have called right away. We got a lecture from the girl, who said she was the Manager. She told us to call the next day and speak to the owner. We wondered why she didn’t take our info and ask him to call us, instead of putting us through more hassle. Her lack of empathy was pathetic. So, we’re out 30 bucks, and will never order there again. There is really no food in Hemet worth waiting 2 hrs for. Or even an hour, for that matter.

You use to get a great giant slice not over cooked for lunch. The closest to a NYC slice around here, but last two times slices are smaller and over cooked and not even hot. Was told waiting for. New pie so it will be fresh and same old thing over cooked and not even warm. Very disappointed, again.

I got pizza here for the first time, picked up to go. They had a special, 2 larges with one topping for $ 25. I was very pleased with the pizza. I will definitely order from them again. It’s in the argument for best pizza that I’ve had in the area thus far.

Bummer… all the decent reviews really had me excited for my first time, But I should have read the reviews… The Pizza took way too long to be served majorly undercooked, seriously was served a raw pizza. We order a side order of ranch, we asked for a Side order of ranch when the appetizer was delivered, and again she the pizza was delivered. Still no ranch. Well let’s introduce our raw pepperoni pizza. I have to now go to the counter explain the pizza and ask AGAIN for the ranch… as I continue to write this review, my entire table us done eating while I’m waiting do my pizza. Not with the money… save your buck, go across the street to the Pizza Hut, they serve pasta and wings, better service and timely delivery.

Service was so kind and food was very good. My wife and I ordered small pizzas and they were nicely cooked.(My wife is a vegan and really enjoyed her cheese-less pizza). Next time I’ll have to try their pasta and minestrone. The true value will be in the quality of their pasta dishes and the sauce… right?!

Excellent go to spot for pizza and wings. The wing sauce is on point and the ranch dressing they serve with them is killer.

I have always loved Milanos, great quality food, friendly service, and good beer, I usually get my order to go but have eaten in too. Prices are more than corporate franchise places and food is worth the price. Real cheese, real meat awesome wings cooked to order. If you come here try the bbq wings and/or bbq pizza it is one of my favorite things in life!

After a weekend full of activity in Idyllwild camping, hiking, and swimming we were all pretty pooped. A dimly lit pizza dinner sounded just about perfect to all of us. We didn’t know the area so we were completely inept of making a good decision. I relied on Unilocal and came across some restaurants with 4 ½ stars which sounded great but when we used google maps we ended up at a tire shop. Thanks google maps! We tried a couple of times but just like the 1st time we ended up at wierd places, as you can see we were in the mood for pizza and we weren’t going to give up that easy. Alas! We ended up at Milano’s, and a dimly lit pizza dinner is just what we got! At first glance you might think its closed because you see no movement through the windows but go ahead and open the door. The ambience is very intriguing, they have alot of baseball memorabilia and what seema like some old old old family photographs. The walls are covered with fake bricks which looks very real abd very cool, definitely adds to the old world atmosphere. Its a very mellow feeling. You do have to order and pay at the kitchen window, I am not a fan of this! IMO it is very uncomfortable having to wait in line by the door while others are trying to get out getting around you and your group. I prefer places that have waiters/ress coming to your table to take your order and then paying at the end of your meal. Luckily there were clean tables for our group to sit while we ordered. I did notice how fast they bussed and cleaned the tables as soon as people left. The restaurant itself is very clean. The bathroom had alot of toilet paper on the floor tho. They had a cool little quarter section for kids and big kids like my wife and I to play at. The pizza was delicious. I have to give it to them it was great. The perfect amount of cheese. I like cheese but I dont like taking a risk of choking and dying on every bite of pizza. This place made sure I didnt die. The crust was well executed. Not burnt but not undercooked and mushy, just good. I like the dough a little crispy on the bottom and this place executes that very well. We ordered two XL pizzas and one Large. This fed 8 people and 6 extra slices lol. It came out to be about $ 70. Great deal. Folks were friendly to us. Maybe its our good looks but I cant complain about service. If we are in the area and have a chance to eat I know where we will go now.

I really wish I had read the reviews before deciding to go here. I was craving fettucini alfredo and Olive Garden is so far away. I know this location was apart of Hemet Cash Mob so we figured we’d try it. I took about 3 bites of the fettucini Alfredo and couldn’t eat anymore. It was tasteless, bland. It just tasted like plain noodles. It was cooked as it should be, and the sauce was thick but the taste was just… Bad. So I helped my family eat the pizza. It was ok. Lots of cheese, hot and fresh. Nothing to be excited about tho Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be going back. I don’t think it was an off night, I think we just don’t like the way they cook. Next time, I’ll just make the drive to Olive Garden.

Hemet’s finest! This place is still a favorite of mine. I’ve been going since I was a child. This is a family owned business with great customer service. You feel the family style environment while you are there. The menu is filled with classics from pizza, calzones, antipasta salad the best! Must try the lasagna and sausage roll, both very flavorful. The sausage roll is a spicy sausage with cheese stuffed in flaky dough! Overall, great place whether you are passing through or a local in Hemet.

I am very disappointed today, I have had several issues with this restaurant just during this order. First of all while my husband called and placed his order he was hung up on. Secondly, when he showed up to pick up our order. One of the workers boyfriends came cut Infront of everyone to makes jokes and be playful in the back and then to order his pizza. My husband did not look at the food before he left. He probably should have. Third, the pizza was so cold we had to microwave them for 2 minutes before they where warm again and lastly the hot wings I was talking so highly of? Well had soggie crust and no sauce. When you see this days pizza order it is unrecognizable to what my other picture showed. It was seriously worse food and service then Pizza Hut, which if you have been to the one in hemet you know that’s not good at all.

My friends recently moved to the Hemet area, so I suggested we find a local spot, and thanks to Unilocal,we experienced Milano’s. The place has a neighborhood feel to it, it’s dimly lit, and it’s laid back. We went here on a Thursday night about an hour before closing and were surprised to see how packed it was! The girl taking orders was really helpful and even gave us some beer samples(we let her know it was our first time there). We browsed through the menu and ordered the CARNIVORE pizza(large), medium wings, and breadsticks topped with mozzarella cheese. It took a while to get our food, but the wings & breadsticks came out first — which was fine — they’re appetizers! The wings were so freakin delicious and served with yummy ranch and some celery. One of my friends kept saying they were the best wings she’s ever had! They’re meaty and the sauce is very good — It has to be made there. The breadsticks were so delicious — topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with some marinara sauce. Let’s get to the pizza: Hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve eaten. The bread was doughy and delicious — it had this certain flavor to it. The cheese was packed on and melted so perfectly & with the toppings they put on the carnivore pizza… ugh…so perfect. Overall, great first experience that deserved a review. I will be returning. Note: It’s pricey, but worth it. After all, it is a family-owned restaurant… You can always go to Little Caesar’s. yuck.
