If I could Give this place no star I would! The stuff who work there are very rude! I went to there for finger print, the girl who work there treat me no respect.
She also yelling at my 3 years old baby boy when my son touched the sticker card! I won’t never go back there. shame on them!

Been coming here for eighteen years. Have always been treated with consideration. Always have been giving options for shipments. Jim and crew always pleasant.

Great family owned business that always makes me feel welcome. All my packages shipped arrive on time. A much needed service on this side of town!

This place is great much better then going to the post office and more convenient. Granted it cost a few cents more but worth it!!! We have been going there for a little over 2 years this is my go to shipping place the ladies are great and very helpful. My 2 year old loves to see the «ladies» as we call them. The owner is very knowledgeable in what he does! This is a great family owned business. I will miss going there when we move!

I needed to mail 4 tax returns that were not the standard size for regular postage purposes. I looked up online their contract mail facility hours as they are not the same as their published facility hours.
reflected their hours as 8:30−5 M-​F. I arrived at 4:35 on Thursday. There was another customer that walked in directly in front of me. The apparent store owner told her that the mail station was closed but he could sell her postage. She proceeded to buy a stamp and gave it to him to be mailed. He looked at me and I told him that the USPS website still shows they are open until 5. He demeaningly informed me that because they cut his contract rate they can’t afford to stay open until 5. I told him he needs to have his information updated on their website. He then told me «You can take your stuff to the central mail facility in Hemet. They’re still open.» I applauded him for his wonderful customer service pointing out that he never offered to even weigh my envelopes and just sell me enough postage to mail them. The lady that was helped in front of me then berated me and told me I was RUDE for coming there after 4:30 because I had looked their hours up online and obviously knew they closed their mail facility at 4:30?!? I have lived in Valle Vista since 1989, I have frequented this business many times since they opened. They obviously don’t care about the service level that they provide. In the future when I have a need for the types of services that they provide, I will take my business elsewhere.

Only 1 person helping everyone so you’re SOL if you’re in a hurry and there’s a line.
