Worst service ever! Came here at 11:00pm not one person in line at the drive thru, waiting for the person to say something to take my order, meanwhile I could hear the workers inside chatting through the microphone static, drove away didn’t even order after waiting wait scratch that WASTING 10 minutes.

I’ve eaten here several times while visiting my dad, a favorite stop before heading back on the road to Santa Clarita. And whether eating inside or drive thru and eating in the parking lot, never a negative experience. The food was always on the mark.

OMG avoid the drive thru. There is NOTHING fast about this drive thru. I’ve been in line for 20 minutes and still 3 cars ahead of me. And I have enough time to right a review. Save yourself the time and walk in. This drive thru is a joke.

I bought chalupa from here it was cold. When I told them about it they did made me another one. Customer service was okay. Speed of service was slow cause there was no one else there. I will give them another chance.

This place is okay to pick up some food to go but when Ive come here 2 times the same homeless lady was in this taco bell dripping water from the tacobell bathroom she uses it as a shower. And it just doesnt seem very sanitary. So i prefer to use the drive thru option at this location. I did get good service here and the food was good.
