Del Taco

I was car # 12 in drive-​thru line… they were super busy inside too. I had no problem waiting for my order. Received my order perfectly as I ordered it. Order taker very patient & polite with me. Money collector was sweet and polite too. She even apologized for the wait. I had no problem with the wait… I worked fast food for 35 years! Busy is busy… just my order was 25 tacos imagine all those other customers with multiple item orders. Our tacos were perfect… tasty and not even one shell broken! I would give 10 stars if I could.

This Del Taco is awful. Just sat in drive thru for a half an hour. Couldn’t get out because someone was behind us… Did not get a receipt and they didn’t apologize for the wait…

Save your money eat somewhere else. Worst Del taco ever!!! I swear the night crew is just there to blast music and screw around. its not just a one time deal every time I’ve gone to this place at night it’s something. Really how hard is it to cook a freaking quesadilla!!! I shouldn’t have to re cook my food once I get home. Minimum 20 minutes drive through wait no matter what even if there’s one car ahead of you. Not to mention how rude they are. They don’t even deserve the one star. If there was a half star or zero star I would pick that. Do yourself a favor don’t waste a dime on this place go eat somewhere else.

The wait in the drive thru was over 20 min. I asked the girl what the hold up was and she just ignored me and walked away from the window. the tacos had broken shells as well. won, t be back.

This place is horrible I’ve been in the drive thru for 45 minutes!!! I still haven’t received my food, then the manager doesn’t take accountability, and it sends me in tyranny! The fry handler is cranking soda while handling the food, and they still haven’t sad sorry. Or compensated for my time.

Slowest drive thru ever we were stuck in line with one car in front of us for 15 minutes only to get to the window to be told they are out of shrimp. Which our order was shirmp tacos bad deal.

Busy Del Taco and food was good! Service was friendly, I believe her name was Andtrisha, pleasant gal. Not all fast food service, gives good service or good food. I appreciated both at this site… my local del taco does not provide this.

This del taco has rude employees that can’t get orders right. One of the managers are so rude and she only works nights. I’m surprised she hasn’t gotten fired yet. I’m never going here again, I’ll stick to Taco Bell where the employees are more friendlier

Nothing like over 30 min drive thru at 8:30 at nite. Wtf is taking so long.

Never in my life have I had a worse drive through experience, we spent over AN HOUR in line, standing still for at one time 20 minutes ! What the hell is going on in there ?!
I heard an employee stabbed a customer here a couple years back for a dispute about a wrong order.
Options are slim around here though

This del taco, is extremely slow, and has the rudest employees. If it wasnt the only thing open i would never come here.

This is a weird place, why do they give you the order one at a time? Duh, hey STUPID, PUT IT ALL TOGETHER, and let the customer go… Lol

Why does the sign say there open inside but they have the door locked 45 mins before there sposed to !!! Not cool

Love del taco for my Quick junkfood fix. However this morning a girl by the name of Nicole working the drive-​through window informed me that they had no hashbrowns no problem let’s just not make it a combo she then told me that my breakfast burrito would be five dollars. I let her know I had changed it and didn’t want a combo due to the fact they had no hashbrowns. Upon telling her this she decided she would like to argue back-​and-​forth with me and tell me no you’re wrong you didn’t say that. I was very surprised by her attitude. Even if I had been wrong which I’m positive I wasn’t being the customer service industry myself I would never tell a customer no you’re wrong and continue to argue with them at a drive-​through window. I will be sure not to return to that location!

My first race weekend and it took me several hours to finish my race (it was 12.5 miles) and most restaurants were closed by 10pm, so this was one of my few options. Plus the dining area is open until 11pm (midnight in the LBC locations).
A #1 and a couple Del Beef burritos, a couple iced teas and I was a happy camper. Quesadillas tend to be on the greasy side but a couple packets of Del Scortcho and I’m good to go.

Ok never used to eat Del Taco BUT now they have Turkey Tacos and Chicken street tacos that are yummy. I love their jalapeño poppers they are big! They have the best vanillas shakes no joke! My husband loves Taco Tuesday.3 beef tacos for $ 1.09 so cheap! I’m gonna be mad if they do away with the demo turkey tacos!

friendly drive through and front counter staff. accepting of substitutions (I opt for extra onions and extra green sauce — very yummy by the way — instead of cheese). 4 out of 5 times, the friendly cashier offered a 10% Senior discount to my mother (always nice when you don’t have to ask!) Del Taco’s beans have always been fresher than the odd frozen mush that Taco Bell uses (although I will give props to Taco Bell for introducing black beans, which Del Taco has yet to add to their menu). you’ll pay 20 cents more for a bean burrito at Taco Bell, portion size will usually be smaller, the tortilla will be somewhat moist (not a good moist either), and the pinto beans are of lesser quality. Del Taco with a clear win over Taco Bell.
One star removed as this particular Del Taco occasionally suffers from long wait times (most other Del Tacos — any along the 215 corridor from Temecula to Riverside) are very speedy and quick.

Mat 7^th 2014… I bought a Chipotle Chicken ranch Burrito from this location at 9:30 am ate it at work… by 3:30 pm I had Extreme FOOD POISIONING.(only thing I ate that whole day). today is Friday May 9^th… n I still can NOT keep water or Gatoraide down!!! Hopefully No One else will get it! I called and spoke with Management about it. Of course they won’t tell me if other people called in to complain about them being Extremely Sick! Just be very careful at this location.. I won’t be going there ANYMORE!

I do have to say Del Taco’s quesadillas are WAY better than Taco Bells! And they have a good value menu and coupons all the time.
Line can get long at this location. But, friendly service all the time.
Good for cheap late night munchies.

It’s Del Taco, so the food is gong to basically the same anywhere you go. But this one stinks and it’s dirty inside. I guess it goes with the neighbor Hemet. Go through the drive-​thru and eat it in your car or go home, you really don’t wanna eat inside.
Also I ordered 2 chipotle beef tacos and 1 chipotle chicken taco, I received 3 chicken tacos. It’s $.75 so I didn’t bitch about it.
