This store’s customer service has always been poor but never as bad as last Saturday in their custom framing department. There was only one person working and he was very inexperienced. He kept calling for assistance with my project but no one would respond. When one worker finally came she didn’t know any more than he did. Meanwhile he kept being interrupted to open their locked restroom for customers. Is he a custom framer or a bathroom monitor. I was finally told I would have to come back after 3:00 when Cassie would come on duty. I’d already been there for 45 minutes. When I did return I was not offered any type of discount for all of the hassle. Get a clue management– train your personnel before you actually put them on duty!!!

They usually have everything I need here, I’d rather shop here than Hobby Lobby, it’s a better atmosphere and I don’t really agree with Hobby Lobby’s business practices. The prices are ok, it’s on the high end but it’s a specialty store, so it’s a given. 4 stars!

I don’t understand why the reviews are so low for this location. I love this place!!! Every time I go in (which is about once a week) the staff is great! They are always very helpful and friendly. The prices can be a bit high on some items, but the majority of the time you can pull up a coupon on your phone through
. If not, the staff is usually very knowledgeable about what coupons or deals are out.

I took my mom to Michaels last night, but they did not let her go in because the young man at the door said it was closed and it was 6:55 and on the door it said they close at 7pm. She said it was not 7 yet and he said the registers where closed when clearly they where open because one person was being checked out and another was in line behind him. They should say they close at 6:55pm and not at 7!

This location has very friendly employees who will strike up a conversation with you by starting off with a compliment. How nice! I don’t know if they train their employees to do that, (tbh, I don’t think so because an employee’s compliment was so enthusiastic and came off as sincere) but if they do, kudos to the person who came up with that idea. Other staff members here were very helpful and they knew their way around the store so that they could adeptly point me to different things I needed to purchase.
As with every other Michaels, the prices here were great.

always look forward to michaels at christmas time. they have some great decorations for sale as well as a great selection of items to make your own decorations. watch the paper and the penny saver they have some great deals.

I went to this store and it was very well stocked the problem was you just can’t get out !!! I got in line to leave there were 10 people in line and one register open .
You would think they would open another but nope… A lady at the front of the line had a picture frame with no price… so you guessed it price check… What a nightmare .
After 15 min. in line another cashier finally showed… Next time I will be hitting

Michael’s has definitely got to be one of my favorite stops in Hemet.
I love browsing and looking at every little thing. This is probably the store I frequent the most!
This store has an excellent selection of scrapbooking material. They also have tons of vases, silk flowers, and seasonal items.
I love the fact that their always specials going on!
The cashiers are nice and very helpful!

Micheal’s is the perfect place to go for whenever you are doing arts and crafts. I go there all the time for my art supplies. They always have everything that I need and there’s lots of selections to choose from. I think it’s fun shopping there. I’ve always found what I need everytime i go there.
The employees don’t say anything really, they just ask if you found everything alright as most store employees say. Overall, they work and help you pretty quick.

On sale items are out of stock. Employees are blocking off aisles with ladders and boxes every time I go! It is hard to get an employee to help. The wait is too long. The cashiers are busy chatting and scanning everything slow. There’s no sense of urgency!

This store’s a little cluttered, but they’ve got a good selection of baskets, artificial flowers, scrapbooking supplies, acrylic paints, vases, frames, and more.
I was a little disappointed with the ribbon options. They actually have a lot of ribbon, but nothing too creative. Not what I was looking for anyway.
But what I was most excited about when I went here yesterday was the nostalgic candy aisle they built as you walk to the registers. Mmm!
I was happy with the staff’s service. They were intuitive and could tell I needed help, so they offered it :)
