I’ve recently been shopping around for a mattress and we all know how that can be a pain in the *** but if you want GREAT customer service and a knowledgeable person then James at BannerMattress is your guy/place! He was extremely patient with me, he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the mattresses in his store!!! I would totally recommend any friend and/or family member to go see James if they’re looking to buy a new mattress!

HEY!!! This is not about a fricken stain and how you refused to take care of a customer who paid full price for a store brand mattress!!! It’s about the SHITTYMATTRESSESYOUARESELLING. ITS A PIECEOFCRAP! It’s all bowed down and hurting my back and neck. My old mattress was better that this sack of hay. My wife is only 110lbs and her side is also dipped. You should of replaced this crap with a better mattress even if it’s a Sealy or other brand. I will continue to show all my colleagues in my news room and all over social media how shitty your mattresses are and the lousy customer service. You didn’t even try you just blamed me. If your shit was so great why did I have to spend more money on insurance. I bought the pad! Maybe we need to do a news packages on mattress quality from the local stores like Banner Mattress, Sleep train, Sit N Sleep etc. sweeps are coming in Novermber ABC news would love to do a great consumer report on your crappy product. I all ready videotaped my mattress and invoices. WARNING! Buy your mattress somewhere else. Service stops as soon as you get your receipt. And the quality is a roll of the dice.

I am quite upset with this company now. I have spent approximately 7K over the past 4 years on bedroom furniture. I was in Saturday and spend well over an hour while the sales agent input information into the computer. I paid in full by credit card so there was no excess time for financing. I was told that the bed would be delivered Monday and I would be given a four hour window. At 3:30 pm on Monday I called and was told that they couldn’t deliver it because the sales person(Fernando) had not entered my phone number. Come on folks. How hard can this be. Get your self a better computer system or someone that doesn’t take an hour to write up a sale. Fernando was very personable but either he is not well versed on computer input or you need a new better faster system. I would hesitate to buy from you again or recommend you to others. Unsatisfied customer.

This is a horrible company. I bought a full size mattress on June 6 at the Hemet store. I tried to get the mattress delivered(for a $ 50 fee) on June 21(after having no luck trying to find someone to pick it up for me), and was told that I’d already picked it up on June 12. The associate on the phone who claimed he was they guy who runs the store claimed he was gonna get to the bottom of this and call me back. He never did. I’m still waiting on his call. I’m guessing they could care less now since my bank account was already debited for the mattress. They have their money, but I don’t have the product I ordered. This was my first time shopping here and I wish I would’ve chosen another store. This is ridiculous. I paid for the mattress and now they claim I have it but I don’t! I’ve never seen such an incompetent store. I do not recommend this company.

My husband and I were looking to upgrade to a king size bed, so seeing the Labor Day ads, I headed to Banner Mattress. James, the manager has set up the store front nicely, with options for Firm, Plush and Pillowtop in most styles/brands. He provided wonderful information on the structure of beds, and we identified that the coil bed was causing our sinking problems. I brought my husband back the next day and James spent time giving him information as well. The Tempur Pedic we purchased is wonderful! It was more than we initially wanted to spend, but with 0% financing it is totally worth it! The bed arrived the next day, and the delivery guys were very professional and courteous. James made the process very easy, there was no pressure, we even did the financing from the Banner Website ATHOME!
