Walked in without an appointment and was told 20 minutes. an hour later I was seen. The wait doesn’t bother me, as I was a walk in. But just felt like a number. Luckily, all I needed was a manicure with gel polish. No acrylics, or french manicure or anything crazy. The gals were super sweet however and that was refreshing.
My nail tech was a sweetheart and took good care of me. I do feel like one more coat would have been better for my glitter and color I chose, but it was later in the day and they closed at 6pm.
Salon was also dirty and they don’t sweep after each haircut, which I have never seen before. Usually after each haircut, a salon will at least sweep it up. That was interesting.
All in all, they were very busy and I don’t want to judge harshly. Because they were so nice and took care of my needs.

I came here to get a hair cut by Mary, and she did a great job. The third time I came to Tina, and she went above and beyond, I absolutely LOVED my A-​line layered short haircut, she was so friendly and sparked up great conversation! They truly make you feel a lot better about your new hair style! Go, girls! Thanks, again! :D

On very picky about my eyebrows and haven’t had anyone touch them in years. But I got tired of waxing my own eyebrows so I decided to give this place a try since I live up the street. And I have to say I love my brows. I didnt have to keep explaining myself to her, one simple instruction and she did them correctly. I will be returning!

Always a great time! Been going here since 2005 along with my grandma. The environment is calm and friendly! Great for the entire family
All the girls here are wonderful! They are so helpful and really care about their work!
Of course coming in with a GOOD ATTITUDE helps your stylist or nail technician give you the best treatment or service.
Personally, I go to Linda for all my hair services and Lynn for my nails! My grandma often requests Louanne and Helen, But she also loves all the girls here!

Well I would have given a 5 star, but over time the rating has fallen. Speaks Vietnamese when they don’t want you to understand what is being said. The prices have increased beyond belief. They are not in San Francisco, they are in Hayward. Was given grief when I decided to just buzz cut my own hair. «I’m a professional and I shouldn’t be doing that,» I was scolded. The price kept going up. Then they wanted a surcharge for using a credit card, which is illegal, then they went to cash only. You had no idea how much cash you needed to carry. You had leave to get more because the price went up. Also, friends and family took priority over customers. If a friend or family member needs a hair cut or color, you get pushed later. Not accompanying to paying customers. The work was good, but the attitude and rules of doing business need to be worked on. Less than excellent customer service will be the death of the business.

One star off because it looks dirty in here.
Otherwise this review is for their waxing services — came in on a Saturday afternoon and they took me in right away. They did a great job and it didn’t really hurt. My eyebrows look amazing! $ 10 is a reasonable price to me! You need cash for tips.

I had a pretty good experience. It was fast, but it was pretty pricey. My previous shellac manicure wasn’t fully removed, there were a few specks of the nail polish here and there. I can’t complain though because my nails ended up really nice. My nails were cut a little too short for my taste but I should have said something. The ladies here are really nice, they were helping a disabled woman get her nails and hair done without any hesitation. I would definitely come here again if I had a bigger budget!

Linda is still super awesome. Prices went up $ 80 for new set, $ 40 for refills.
I love that she is so patient, flexible with scheduling and an overall doll. I’ve had a few friends go to her and also become addicted.

I love coming to my neighborhood hair salon. I always come out very happy with the results from my hair down to my toes! It’s great to have the pros so close to home!

Never coming here again! I got the gel mani and regular French tip pedi & was charged more than my friend’s acrylic nails.
. Plus the ladies were not as welcoming. I speak Vietnamese so I understood everything they were saying. Complaints after complaints. I cannot come back.
