US Nails

The man owner did my nails. They were pretty but I won’t be returning. Acrylic is cheap, I never not have nails on and they were so preety but I broke 2 nails in like 24 hours by doing simple stuff like texting the tips just broke. Like 3 days after I got a fill. Very Disappointed

Some people here do a great job while others do a horrible job. I love getting my eye brows waxed here and my daughters mani and pedi by sandy or vikki. I recently got a full set by kelly and she did a bad job. Not sure if I was maybe her first customer ever! But my nails came out bad. All were different sizes, crooked and the polish wasn’t applied properly. I’ll probably be back because it’s very convenient but I will not be seeing Kelly!

WENT TO DO REFILL AND this guy did my nails. he is over doing everything from filing and all. so he finished doing my nail and i saw my thumb nail is filed so crocked and i told me… guess what he said, ITS NOT THE NAIL ITS YOUR FINGER THAT IS CROCKED… i laughed so hard … and finally he fixed it but it was so thick and their is the big chunk of gel in the back side of my nail… i donot think i am going there back again.

Be careful with these folks. They do not have standard pricing. They charged me more for regular pedi-​mani (in other words no french tips or anything extra), than they did for another client with the same request. Will not get my business again.

Got my lash extensions here. The lady is super nice. I got the long full set for $ 25. I got them last year when I went on a vacation and this time for thanksgiving. They last 2 – 3 weeks

This is the best salon for eyelash extensions and the sugar foot scrub. Vicky is awesome!

Horrible customer service when busy. I received a gel manicure plus pedi about two days ago. One of my nails cracked (the one the nail lady supposedly had fixed). I came in today and soon I walked in and told them what happened they told me (very loud and rudely) that they were too busy and to come back. I was willing to wait but they were extremely rude and had a completely different dimeanor from a few days ago when they were empty. Won’t be going back!

I use to love this place and I even refer them to my family members and friends. I was very disappointed the last time I came here. My pedicure came out ugly and the lady’s was rude and kept rushing me. Sometime the place Is very empty. They do speak there own language. Sandy is the best one and she very professional and she under pay but she only there on Weekend. If it’s the middle of week I won’t go. The other lady’s don’t know what they doing. I feel like they don’t know how to handle a lot of customers. They get shellshocked when they see a lot of customer .

I love coming here because the people are sweet and the service is good. I usually get gel polish and a pedicure and it comes out fine. I’m not an over the top girl with really long nails and I don’t get designs so I can’t speak to that.
My gel polish usually last me about two week, but there have been sometimes when it chipped or crack. I think that may have been partially my fault, but when I went back they fixes my nail! One of the things I like about this place is that they really value their customers or it seems that way. There’s another nail shop on the next block so they really can’t afford to blow off any customers.
I notice sometimes they overbook and tell 5 ladies to come back in 15 minutes and then ladies are waiting 30 – 45 minutes to get in the chairs. The shop doesn’t have a large waiting area, there are 3 chairs. So when the shop is full people are stilling at empty stations and drying stations until its their turn. This is when you see music chair and the rushing happening. I usually come on a week day morning or early afternoon to avoid the chaos

The work is shabby and always rushed.
I went here for a few times when I needed to be in and out for basic french mani ure service. Theres nothing special about this spot. I did enjoy the eyebrow/​lash service she was always quick and precise but one day I went and she gave me a bad wax and I asked her to rewax or pluck out the still attached hairs and to line them up a little better she told me tha was my natural brow and that she had already waxed me and she walked out of the room speaking her language and left me on the table. granted you pay first so I was stuck but I have never been back since and dont miss this dirty place. Save your money dont visit.
