Our first time, amazing service from the time we walked in the door. Great casual atmosphere. Our server Karly was not only amazing and right on top of everything she was gorgeous and sweet. My nine year old was a big flirt… Ribs were delicious and the loaded sweet potato was a perfect treat. We will definitely return.

Best chain steakhouse in the area! We love the cinnamon butter and rolls, the portabella mushroom chicken, the ribeye, the shrimp, the cheese fries, baked potatoes, salads, etc. Its better than other versions of the same chain we’ve tried in different cities, thus clearly the management is stellar at this restaurant also. The service has been excellent nearly every visit we’ve ever had here (and we’ve had several). Atmosphere is great and very inviting. Its always a nice, casual option for an evening out with family or friends. Also, affordable for a steakhouse.

I love this place! I come here all the time and my food is always cooked to perfection. Keep up the good work y’all!

My son and I dined there two nights ago to end our vacation in the Shenandoah Valley. The place is pleasant enough except the music was blaring so loudly you couldn’t have a decent conversation much less understand anything the staff was saying! I realize I’m a senior citizen however I think this place could do more to make sure everyone has a pleasant experience. Also I rue the day every restaurant decided they just have to have TV sets blaring to appease the sports addicts. Now for the food!
I ordered my favorite Prime Rib. My son ordered the Beef Tips. How it angers me when the waitress comes back moments later to tell me they’re out of Prime Rib! No way to excuse a steak house for this no no! It’s just not acceptable! So to compensate I ordered a Sirloin, which should have been the next most flavorable steak available! Guess what? Very weak flavor and too tough even though I ordered it Medium! You have Texas in your name! Where’s the meat from? Texans would sniff at this so called steak! Last but not least, a very puny side salad and a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy which had been slopped carelessly over the sides of the bowl! Do you care about presentation at all? You should! I was underwhelmed and disappointed with this meal! Golden Corral would have been a better choice because their sirloin actually tastes good! I have been to the Texas Roadhouse in Gatlinburg, TN albeit it several years ago and it was far superior! Really folks, go to Golden Corral!
Last comment: Kelsey, our server was great and I tipped her accordingly! My son is a server and I realize how hard they try!

I love Texas Roadhouse all over this country!
We rolled in about 2100 on a Friday night and we were quickly seated at the smallest both for two in the bar area.
Riding a motorcycle all day and we were loaded down with gear there was no where for us to remove our jackets or place our helmets.
We asked for a larger booth (there were dozens available) the hostess gave us a bit of attitude went to the front door then came back and gave us a table ten feet away… WTF?
She lost the star!
Our waitress was OK. she disappeared but there were other servers who were willing to help out and refill drinks.

The only thing that beat the great steak was the service. The steak was cooked perfect and was a excellent cut. The personal service and being greeted with a friendly smile is always welcome.

I had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse in Harrisonburg, VA and really enjoyed the experience. The hostess explained to me how the restaurant serves customers and had me pick out my steak, a 20oz NY strip steak. I have been to the Texas Roadhouse before but I found the energy at this roadhouse much more pleasant.
We were served by Sidney who was an excellent waitress. She paid close attention to our order and explained how to tell the meat is cooked to the level you have requested. I had never seen that method of checking a steak before. I love it when the waitress adds to the experience with delightful service and knowledge about the food.
I ordered the 20 oz. steak with mushrooms and green beans. For appetizers we had Rattlesnake Bites (jalapeño poppers) which were spicy hot. I also has sliced deep fried pickles which were a pleasant surprise. I will be back to that restaurant in the future and ask for Sidney. Great experience.
Watch out for the evening rush, there are a lot of people who already know how good the restaurant is! They give you all the peanuts you can eat while your waiting.

Food is always consistent. Service is very efficient maybe a bit too efficient. That’s why I gave it only four stars, otherwise no complaints at all. Food comes out quickly so if you don’t want your salad and appetizer to come out together order your app. then wait a few minutes to put in the meal order.
I can always count on my steak to be cooked perfect to my liking. The pork chop is also a good option. The rolls they give you at the beginning are hot and served with a yummy cinnamon butter.
This is a loud fun place do not go looking for a quiet romantic steak house. Perfect place for families. Very reasonable prices.

I have been to a number of Texas Roadhouse etc SE mainly. All have been good however stay with a piece of beef etc that you can see. Tried sirloin country fried steak and much liked texas red. That was the worst food I eaten in a long time. Sirloin was with grain and was a magnificent eight inch thick. Did complain and told the manager if you made this food in Texas, you may get shot. He said it was per specs, bull, take that garbage off the menu. Chili was a 2 but I had to take something I couldn’t identify out. All being said, I paid for it last nite… My worst experience I’ve had in any restaurant for many years… Better yet Texas mystery food roadhouse. at this location in Harrisonburg, VA.

Food was decent. Service could’ve been better. I received my salad and appetizer too close to my entrée and was bombarded with a crowded table of dishes. My Rib-​eye was cooked nicely but was very fatty. Vegetables were forgettable as well. Great place to meet up with friends.

The bread is really good. The steak was good too. One of our orders was not fully cooked as it was supposed to. Good service. The place has peanut shells everywhere

Went for takeout while traveling on business. Took my order right away. Pleasant service that was fast, too.
Ordered combo platter… ribeye and ribs…2 sides rice and veggies. I get the same thing most times when I go. They did a nice job packing everything I needed for takeout and I was very pleased.
Steak was well seasoned, but a bit fatty. Ribs were falling off the bone and the sauce was very good. The rolls and cinnamon butter is always on point.

My wife and I went to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner. We really enjoyed the food, the peanuts, and the rolls. My ribs were good but a bit fatty, hence the 1-​star deduction. I will be back though.

Have always loved Texas Roadhouse and always will! Everyone is friendly and the food is always awesome. The cocktails are tasty and the bar area is so great to hangout in. My fiancé used to work here and I couldnt get enough of the rolls! Plus, they have the BEST cheese fries and ranch dressing we’ve ever had!

Friendly staff. The stuff cooked was not friendly. Actually the steaks (4 in total) were undercooked. The only tasty staff was kids chicken and steak. So go for it!

Great service, awesome food (we tried the bbq ribs & chicken) ribs portion HUGE, reasonably priced, great house salad, yummy fresh baked bread w/​cinnamon butter, terrific frozen Margaritas any flavor you want (i recommend getting the extra Patron kicker). I’m buzzed off the Margaritas, so sorry for the extra long review :) & happy 11yr anniversary to us !

Good food, good staff! Prices can be a little much for what you get. They had great beer specials years ago, but sadly, they do not anymore. Place is PACKED on Friday and Saturday nights.

Three stars for the fact that Texas Roadhouse in general is good, loses two stars for the fact that this manager cannot include his business’s hours on Unilocal.It’s ONLY open for dinner and the entry makes no mention of that. We held out for 30 miles on the interstate to eat here and show up to find it closed. Extremely annoying. I will do his or her job for them and let you know it is ONLY open from 4 – 10.

Was there last night around 6 pm. Dinner in the bar. It matches up well price and quality. Service was outstanding. Hot rolls to start. Shrimp appetizer. Good house salad. Filet medallions. This is a concept that works well. Everything showed up on time the hot food was hot. The salad was chilled. The gin and tonic perfect. Coffee not so bad either. Definitely will return when passing through again.
